Took the $100 with promise to arrange delivery in 1-10 days. They then changed the 10 day window to begin on the day I specified delivery (which was already at the end of the orginal 10 day window). They wouldn't provide any commitment to find a hauler within their 10 day window nor proof of insurance.
After multiple calls where they kept telling me "you'll get an email" I pressed them to either provide a date where proof of insurance and driver info will be available or give me a refund. They then responded with nonsense answers which had nothing to do the delivery date or the insurance and said if I wanted it moved sooner than their now random timeframe that it would cost more.
I made several pleas for them to find a way to get the vehicle moved in their "1 to 10 day" timeframe and apparently that request or ANY request for a date was impossible...After several attempts to allow Webster to make good on their end of the deal, the Webster rep ended up in a shouting match at me and insisted I was being rude for asking a timeframe for deliver and a timeframe for which I would have driver info required to provide release for delivery.
I have asked for a refund and none has been provided.
