Charge/Non-existent Tracking #s/Never recieved!
Just as everyone else has described; charged my credit card same day. Gave ship date of 5/9/11 and provided non-existent tracking #s when I called and pressed them for info. On 5/16 when I said the numbers were fraudulent; they said they'd contact the "vendor." I didn't wait. Cancelled. Disputed charge w/credit card company; reported to Better Business Bureau! Buyer Beware.

Didn't ship the product
Call the Owner, Brian, 646-368-6957 and give this guy a hard time. He hung up on me and they never shipped my order. I order two items on 3/21/11. They never sent a ship date so I had to email them. They finally replyed that they were to ship on 4/5/11. Today is 4/19/11 and I have not received them yet. They do not respond and they never sent a tracking number. I'm calling my VISA company and reporting fraud.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, EVER!!! THEY SUCK FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Worst of the worst
I order 2 grohe faucets from them. I got a email saying it would take 30 or more days for delivery. I sent 5 differnet emails to which they never responded in full asking questions of why such a long delivery and asking for their phone number so we could speak about my concerns. They never sent me a phone number. I finally Cnaceled my order with them, they then sent a email saying it was not canceled unless they sent me a conf number which they never did. a week later they charged my AMEX card. I disputed the charge with Amex and discovered their phone number 212-260-9620. I claled and spoke with Barry whoi said he would investigate and call me back. That was 45 minutes ago and no phone call. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY.

These guys are worthless. They need to be knocked off the internet
I have been buying things on the internet for years and this is the first time I've really been this unhappy. After an initial contact from them saying they would look into why our order was taking so long, I never got another response. I sent 4 or 5 more emails and never heard anything. They don't have a phone number, and their return/cancellation policy is onerous. I have a feeling I'm going to have to contact my credit card company to get my refund based on other reviews I've read about how they work.

Webstore retail fraud
And the problem continues... I ordered a fan/light kit and was rewarded with an immediate, large charge to my credit card. Follwoing my initial order, I exschanged several e-mails and one telephone call from the company that promised numerous delivery dates. But, NO product. I have filed an appeal with C/card Company and fault myself for not having checked them in Google before ordering.

Bad customer service
I ordered a Kohler tub back on 9/13 and they told me in an email it would ship from Kohler on 9/20 to them and they would ship it out. They offered me the same thing another complained about that if I wanted to pay more money to get it sooner I could. I declined and decided that 9/20-27 arrival would be fine. On 10/12, still no tub. They have no phone number. They were not answering my emails requesting info about the order until I sent them an ultimatum...contact me by 7pm or I will instruct AX to charge them back. They replied then within a few hours, told me that it had shipped and their staff had failed to update the status, and they gave me a tracking number on Conway. I am certain they did not ship it until they thought that AX was going to take their money away. It's a good reason to pay for things with AX. They stand behind their customers, unlike this company. I believe these folks are really, really bad.

Don't ever use
Do not ever use this on-line company! I placed an order for a 54" bath tub on line. Checked to see the status of the delivery on their website under my account and it always says "pending shipping". I tried to find contact telehone number on site to contact the customer service department, and there is no number listed. Sent six emails requesting contact number and shipping information with no response from company. I still have not received the bath tub, and it is holding up the construction of our house. Never, ever use this company! No customer service!!!
