I purchased a dress for my school prom and was told it would arrive by the end of April. When it didn't I emailed them and they told me because I hadn't responded to an earlier email saying "your dress will arrive at the end of april. can you wait?!!!" (Which clearly doesn't look like an email that needed replying to really) then delivery had been postponed and the dress would not arrive until June 10th. It is now June 12th and I have been forced to cancel my order. I now have to find another dress in 11 days and because nothing else could be purchased without the dress, I also have to get everything that goes along with it (shoes, accessories etc.)
