weight loss pills
I signed up for the free trial of the diet pills (BIG mistake). I didn't receive the item until the trial period was up. I called to complain and to cancel. I was told that they will extend the trial period for me but I said I wanted to cancel. They said they cancelled it but i had to fill out an online form, using his password. Very odd. Needless tosay, I just saw another charge come though on my credit card for 2.95 (i actually received an email saying thank you for your oder...wait..i didn't order anything) so I attempted to reach them, but sat on hold for over an hour! then I gave up and hung up. This charge was for dietmax. I called my credit card company and they were familiar with this scam. They put charges through under different names...weight loss nutra, diet max, pure cleanse...etc... I was told a additional charge of $87 was being put through, and that I can dispute it tomorrow. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR ANY TRIAL OFFERS...!

Thank you for trying our product
Hi
I was congratulated for trying their product, and that my order will arrive very soon!
I never placed an order for their book. What bothers me is that they have the last four numbers of my visa correct? As well, how the payment will appear on my credit card, and Billing and Shipping Address.
I am sure it is related to a blog I read from one of our local radio announcers stating she tried the following products for free Maximum Burn and Pure Cleanse. I have been complaining to the companies as well as Visa but the amounts keep showing up on my credit card and I have not received any product?
I hope somebody can help me with a resolution?

Billings for unordered products
Sent confirmation of an order I did not send, plus advice of despatch and charge for Shipping & Handling. As this outfit is IMPOSSDIBLE to contact, advertising web-site should be made responsible for ALL illegal charges incurred by any unfortunate person plucked out of the air by MILLENIUM NETWORK INC or WEIGHT LOSS NUTRA. Not sufficient for the web-site owners to claim they don't have jurisdiction - there are so many complaints, one has to wonder if they are being compliant for some ulterior (financial) reason...

charged my debit card after I cancelled the acct.
Ordered product in Nov. for a "free trial". Received a charge for $74.26 along with shipping charges. Called company to inquire about charges and was told it was on the website. Rechecked website and could not find anything about $74.26 charge. Cancelled acct. Notified bank and put a stop payment on any future charges. Company changed name and recharged acct. again. Contacting Attorney General.

BILLED AFTER CANCELLATION
ORDERED JUST A FREE TRIAL. DID NOT LIKE THE PRODUCT. DID NOT MAKE AN ORDER BUT WAS CHARGED FOR AN ORDER. CALLED TO CANCELL AND WAS TOLD NO REFUND. I WAS CHARGED $35.81 BUT DID NOT RECEIVE PRODUCT. ON THE CONFRONTATION I RECEIVED DID NOT HAVE ANY INFORMATION ABOUT CALLING TO CANCELL MY ORDER IF I DID NOT WANT MORE OF THE PRODUCT. I THOUGHT I DID NOT HAVE TO CALL AND CANCELL BECAUSE IT WAS NOT EXPLAINED TO ME THAT I WOULD NEED TO CANCELL BECAUSE IT WAS JUST A TRIAL ORDER. THIS IS VERY UNFAIR. AND WHEN I CALL THE 800-320-2983 TO CANCELL THE ORDER I JUST GET A BUSY SIGNAL. HOW DO I CANCELL MY ORDER??????

Fraud; charge and no free sample
My son ordered the "ten day free trial "of this product through their web site. They did not provide the product until two weeks had passed. He called and told them to cancel the order the day he received the "ten day free trial product" in the mail. They said he had to go to a web site to cancel and that the web site address would be emailed to him within two hours. They did not send the web site address. The next day, he checked and the company had charged his credit card. He called again to cancel, ask for a refund of his money and complain that the email was never sent. They refused to refund the money, claiming that there is no obligation to actually supply the product prior to, much less ten days prior to, charging the client's credit card. They claim that despite not receiving the product for the "free trial" within ten days, you must call within ten days to cancel the product or they can charge you. He has returned the "free trial" product and did not use any of it. When I called, they claim they are not a corporation but refuse to provide the name of the owner of the company and they refuse to provide a refund of the charges. The name of the person who claims to be the manager is Stanley Baker and he claims not to have a name, telephone number, or address for anyone above him, supervising him, paying him, or owning the company. This company is clearly engaged in fraud. They suck people in with a "ten day free trial" offer and then charge the person's account priot to providing the "ten day free trial" knowing that people will expect to be able to have the free trial prior to the time that their accounts will be charged. This is a scam of the worst magnitude and these people are just flat out thiefs.
