I was also victimized by this company that offers a free trial of a product called Lean Body Burn. I authorized a shipping charge of three dollars and change and was charged $87.47. I never received the "free trial" and when I called the compay to explain I had not ordered anything but the free trial and demanded a refund, I was told that I should have "cancelled the subscription" within ten days of ordering the product. I asked to be directed to the website I made the order from so I could be shown where it said I made an order for a subscription. The manager directed me to mydietmaxcleanse.com and told me to click on terms and conditions on the bottom of the page. I had never been to that website and who would think to click on terms and conditions written no bigger than #7 font at the bottom of a website when making an order for a free trial.
There is a whole list of complaints about this company.
We need to do more than just complain on this website.
We need to contact the Florida Attorney General: myfloridalegal.com 850-414-3990 They have a complaint form on their website that needs to be printed and sent to them.

In my last conversation with manager Kim of this company, which she said is called Weight Loss System, not DietMax as on my bank statement, I requested a cancellation letter sent to my e-mail address. It's ridiculous to ask to cancel something that I never subscribed to but I wanted some correspondence to share with authorities. The e-mail arrived with my address as the sender as well as the recipient. There was an attractive banner saying "customer service" with a photo of happy healthy people. Meanwhile, No Company Name! ...and this is rich...a warning not to have my credit card company try to charge back to recoup my monies because they would report me as a credit risk! These people are clearly crooks. Please help me stop them from scamming other!!
