Same complaint as everyone else ! Did not order or authorize product ! Cannot get through to cancel !Phone # is bogus!!! Yeah...I'm pissed off !!!

My wife also signed up for a trial shippment of green tea and now we are getting hit with autorized charges for something not even received for over $80. My bank is giving us a very hard time about it and we are having to go through all the hoops to get them to even seriously consider this is unautorized and not a contract we entered into, thus, sorry for our loss but you asked for it. They made me furious and I had many choice words for the person on the other end of the phone, a miracle she didn't hang up on me. I didn't intend for it to get so heated but when I got her attitude about this "THEFT" of our funds, she didn't care and said we had to call them and request they not send anything anymore. The phone number doesn't work, everyone is complaining on this board which I am printing and taking into them this week. I do tell everyone who is having this problem and asking who they contact, it is the FBI and here is their link: http://www.fbi.gov/majcases/fraud/internetschemes.htm. I am going to talk to them this week as well, I had to give them material a couple years back for another rip off scheme that backfired on the ones who were trying to fraud me. I filled out an online survey for a FREE TRIAL, which charged my account $5.95 for shipping and it didn't show up for over a week and a half, so I CANCELLED the free trial and ANY FUTURE CHARGES!!! Well, today shows an $85.90 charge about to hit my account and I CAN'T STOP IT FROM HAPPENING!!! I call the phone number my bank has for them (213) 814-1438 and at first there was an abrasive BEEP- BEEP-BEEP. I redialed and I get a recorded message of "Account balance is insufficient to place your call to that destination" whatever THAT''S supposed to mean!! I also called this number from a landline and got the same message!! I've now had to cancel my check card (MAJOR inconvenience as I attempted to get gas at lunch and didn't have enough cash on me, etc.). I am now having to work with my bank to file a check card complaint. The fun just keeps on happening!!
