typical AZ Hispanic

I placed my order in the drive through and was not able to start my Chevy truck (alternator took a crap). After pushing her out of the way I proceeded to pay @ the window. The considerate young man running the drive through said he would come assist asap with a jump start. Two minutes later the other employee stepped out (apparently) for her 15 minute break or whatever, because we sat there with cold food and made alternate arrangements to get a jump. wtfmf! The manager of this establishment witnessed this whole event and decided that her break was not going to be delayed, even for five minutes to further assist a patron much less be a human being... boo.

Poor customer service

Today I went to this weierchnitzel to order some food .It was raining very heavy and there was dono drive thru I had spoken to a blond haired female employee aboout my order .I had to repeat myself three times for this employee to understand my order I had to ask the woman if there were fries in the order and she claimed "yes" I had to go to my car because of the rain and wind to check my order and foound that my order did not haave any flies .I wnat back to the stand to recieve my fies and another eployee stated that my oprder did not have fies . I was so angery that I did not want to complente the order and left .. This insident occured janurary 18 th 2010 monday at 420 pm in the afternoon .
