RE: Justification of charges applied to Weisman’s Credit Card Account.
SUB: Weisman Discount Home Center wrong charges & refund =up to $852.30.

Dear Sir/Madam!
This communication in regard of wrong charge at amount of $852.30 applied to my cardholder account of Citicorp Trust Bank, FSB-CitiFinancial Retail Services - Weisman Discount Nome Center, Inc.
We argue these problems on multiple occasions with store, corporation reps to solve the matter in good faith. but failed.
Below is description/calculation of these wrong actions.
-On June 17, 2009 at 6.20PM at Weisman Discount Home Center, the retail store located at 1185 McDonald Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11230 I purchased a lot of items (Ticket # 01-27430 at amount $2, 517.69, Ticket #01-274328 at amount of $1, 295.67, Ticket 01-274329 at amount of $1, 868.99) Altogether amounted to $5, 682.35.

-At the time of purchase at 6/17/09 I presented to store cashier Weisman’s WEB site coupon entitled to an additional 10% off costs of purchase.
Nor cashier (User: SB4716), nor called by cashier one of store managers did not honored me with the 10% off as advertised by mentioned coupon due to senseless reasons.
-The coupon published on Weisman's web site to attract the customers and state: "TAKE AN ADDITIONAL 10% OFF YOUR PURCHASE, if you buy at the June 2009”.
On multiple occasions I tried found fair solution this problem but failed.
-I spoke with Weisman’s employee Mrs. L. Shamina (few times), spent in discussion the subject matter with store manager Mr. Bruce Sacharoff the morning of 6/18/2009.
After my conversation with reps from Weisman’s Corporation Headquarter, manager of the store Mr. B. Sacharoff promised the credit refund in amount of mentioned overcharge, In fact he did not keep promise. It did not work when I needed extra merchandize. You may check it at the history of my credit card transactions.
Credit Card billed me with un-adjusted amount of $5, 682.35. The name on the credit card is Weisman Discount Home Center, issued by Citifinancial Retail Services Division of Citicorp Trust Bank, fsb. Credit refund at amount of 10% or $568.23 was not given out.

-Second cause: most items bought from Weisman Discount Home Center were imperfect, substantial part defective. Only the costs of defective items in undivided packages (boxes, bundles and etc) returned back on 7/12/09 to the Weisman Store amounted to $ 287.26.
By the way manager and cashier, who accepted return of defective items did not allowed writing down my remarks about defective items. They just ripped out the merchant copy of the return receipt even without my signature and mark it as the Store Credit instead of refund.
I need to mention that large part of paid, as of 6/17/2009 items were not in the sock at the time of pick up .So Weisman Store enforced me wait up to about two weeks (up to 6/30/09), until Weisman get in stock my prepaid items for pick up. Such Weisman careless actions involved me in extra losses. Contractors doing nothing, spending time waiting to receive their working materials, - items bought from Weisman but are paid (losses up to $ 1, 000.00). I don’t include in current estimate the losses my family occurred due unexpected 10 days with meals out and etc
By the way, expensive paid granite countertops did not received yet (month after payment, and more than two weeks since order confirmation).

Store manager noticed.
Total for refund including defective/returned items at $ 287.26 make amount equal to $ 852.30
Please review the facts and issue the refund of $ 852.30 to refer above Weisman Credit Card account.
