I have paid for several travel/vacation packages and have not been able to use the packages or get a refund for the money I paid. The latest is a package that includes the Orange and Green Trolley I paid for in Oct '08 and they were supposed to be sent in Jan '09. They weren't. Got another slip of paper stating they would be sent in Feb '09, here it is May '09 and I have yet to receive them. Interestingly the show is still selling the same package as late as May 13, 2009. How can they continue to sell the package with fulfilling the orders they already have ?
Have another issue with their Nickeleoden hotel stay. Filled out all the paperwork and submitted within their time frame yet received a notice from WELE's third party booking agent stating I did not submit the request in the allotted time frame.
As near as I can document I am sitting on over $900.00 worth of worthless travel vouchers, registration and redemption fees.
Have filed complaints with BBB and the Florida Dept of Consumer Svcs and yet I still have no resolution to my complaints.
Their travel show still continues to accept money for travel packages while hundreds of people sit on worthless paper vouchers. They want to offer exchance vouchers for those travel vouchers that people can no longer use or the station simply tells you that you are not within their 30 day return policy. It takes you longer than 30 days to jump through all the hoops and complete all the registration policies. How can they continue to operate ?
