I have submitted documents over 25 times for over the last 4 months to Wells Fargo Home Mortgage Co., for a modification loan (due to the fact that I lost my job for a few months), then got another job and was trying to do the modification loan process. Each time, they requested more information, different documents, then the same documents different ways, then the same documents with account numbers on them, then the same documents with signatures, each time requesting the same documents different ways. Then once all documents were to their satisfaction, they supposedly sent all the documents, (by accident) to the short sale department to sell off the property. Then they said I had to get the short sale department on the phone and send all the documents back to the modification department. So I spent days and days doing this. After doing this, they said that the process needed to start all over again and I needed to submit all the documents that were approved by their standards, into them another different way, Again!!! I am now 100% convinced that Wells Fargo Mortgage, NEVER plans on modifying loans for mortgages! It is absolutely shameful that a bank would do this to anyone!!!
