I have been charged by wellbhealth for a product which I did not order or recieve and I would like refund.

I cannot believe these thiefs can get away with this. If this is a legitimate company why the hell do they go under differant names each time they proceed to take money from peoples bank accounts. Anybody that is employed by these crooks should be ashamed of them selves and should be charged alongside them. If i could find their webpage that would be a great help. Their phone numbers are useless when you have to call from Australia. Very Very pissed off

This company and other related companies (inc, improvehealth, accessmember) are fraudulently charging my husbands credit card. Please help.

unauthorized credit card charges
I are being charged for products that I haven't received and didn't sign up for. I have rang the company and cancelled and since doing the same I have been charged twice more and double amounts!!! Rectify this!!

unauthorised charges
On the 14th November, 2009 I clicked my mouse to take advantage of a product Acai Burn for a p&H charge of $2.95 upon checking my credit card I had been charged $14.69 (Aud) so when I received the product I immediately returned it with a covering letter. I then contacted my bank as well I surfed the internet to find out what I coulf about this company (vibrant beauty) that had made this charge on my card only to find that this was a scam and that I could espect other charges. I have since received another charge of $101.67 (Aud) for something I don't have. I have contacted my bank again and have sent numerous email to this complaints board I still have these charges on my credit card.
Please do the right thing and remove these charges I am a pensioner and can't afford this

No product
I wish to warn people that this company took £30.21p out of my account and I received no product for this amount as I filled in a form for a trial of dental whitening product 8667967336 so be aware of this company which is under the name of WELLBHEALTH.

debit of credit card
My complaint is that on Sept. 19th and 26th, 2009 my credit card was debited £50.48 and £51.52. and am claiming a refund for these two amounts. I have not even recieved any products to validate these two amounts. I mistakenly subscribed to a free trail offer, which needless to say I will not be making the same mistake again. My credit card was also debited by other companies of which I have received the relevant refunds for. ''Wellbhealth'' is now the only company I am still chasing for a refund.

I applied to try your free sample. Goving you my credit card details for the postage cost only to find out that you have on taken money again from my credit card for the sum of 87.62 USD on the 24/11/2009 I want the money returned, or I will take legal action.
