Fraud Charges
I filled out some info for FREE trial and shipment of a product. When they called me to verify that I wanted it and tried to sell me more crap, they told me that I would be charged "Only $87.62", to which I quickly responded, "NO THANK YOU. CANCEL ANY AND ALL FURTHER TRANSACTIONS." They told me that no charges would be made. That was 1 1/2 weeks ago. To my dismay, I looked in my checking account and sure enough. This company has charged me $87.62 in hopes that I wouldn't notice it or be too passive to try to get a refund. This company is such a rip off and a scam. I am also going to file a complaint with the better business bureau.

unauthorised money withdrawal
On 29th Sept 09 my bank statement showed a withdrawal of £51.18 by a company called wellbhealth 8667967336cyp. I had not ordered any product from them and this money was taken fradulently.

scammed
I saw an ad online for some free acai berry supplements, free except you pay shipping and handling and I agreed to get the first sample and pay the $3.50 or whatever it was but then I was charged 58.09 and not sent anything, and if they had sent me something i would have sent it back because i never agreed to pay that not to mention i dont have 60 bucks to throw away. It looks like im one of many to be ripped off by this company, we need to get together and bring these guys down i think.

unknown charge on credit card

Money withdrawn from my account
I have no idea what this company sells but I do know I did not order any. Money was withdrawn from my bank account and received no products.
I want my money back.
I do intend to contact our Attorney Genera.

Unauthorized charge
I have no idea where this company got my information. I would greatly appreciate a full and immediate refund to my account! There is a charge of 48.58 US dollars and I want refunded immediately!

I was completely ripped off by these companies. The only way to do anything about it is to file a complaint with the FTC. I filed one and it only took me two minutes. They wont act on just one report, but if they receive several reports they will investigate. PLEASE CALL THE FTC at 1.877.438.4338. If it turns out to be fradulent by their investigations, and it will based on the FTC Guide Concerning Use of the Word "Free" and Similar Representations, then the FTC will contact you back with how to proceed from there to get your money back. The FTC protects consumers. Companies like this exist because we don't excercise our rights enough. Please take the two minutes to make the phone call.

multiple SURPRISE charges
WOW!!! OK-- I just had to make a lot of calls today after checking my account & finding MULTIPLE surprise charges... thought this might be helpful to all of you out there that have gotten "suckered" like me...
If you order(ed) from Dazzle White (also known as DazzleSmile and other names)-- BEWARE!!!
You will need to cancel your Dazzle White account (or you will be charged $79-ish each month)
Also... as I just found out today... they say it's in the fine print (of course)... you will be enrolled in 3 other "free-trials"... for me, they showed up as "wellbhealth", "elitepack", and "ezykit" ...
All 3 (plus DazzleWhite) will be recurring charges until you call & cancel with each.
These companies are known for changing names & numbers... but here are the numbers I was given after MUCH time on the phone. Hopefully it will help you (and save you hassle and time).
Also note: some of these charges take up to 28 days to appear. If only some have shown up on your acct... call and cancel all of them before the other charges come through.

Make sure that you keep up with all of the cancellation #'s.
Also... you may see "INTERNATIONAL SERVICE" charges on your acct... these are all associated with any of the before mentioned transactions... because the companies are out of Canada (unless that is local for you).
Hope this helps... I know that it has been a very expensive lesson for me...

charge for somethin i didnt want
i was charged to my cradit car for a debit purchase of $48.92 and i didnt even buy anything of that amount. i bought a DazzleWhite and a SmileBrite i dont know which of of these company's charged me the amount of $48.92 but i want my full refund for the amount of $48.92!! I checked on my accounty activity and its said healthsmile 8668257477 09/16healthsmile for the amount of $48.92, so i want my refund for somthing that i didnt even want or want to order.
