Lived in apt. for 6 months. During that time, more and more riff raff moved in causing disturbances. A/C was broken on numerous occasions, repair man took several days to come check it out, causing our electric bill to be sky high. Biggest complaint was when we moved out, asked manager to inspect apt., she refused. Later we received a letter stating we owed almost $1000 for carpet that they had to replace. First, before moving in, she told me they replaced carpet everytime anyone moved out. Second, we put deposit down, plus pet deposit, neither of which was returned to us, even though the apt. was spotless upon our leaving and the carpet was cleaned before we left. The charges are bogus and they do this to a lot of people. We were not allowed to be there for inspection and have no way of disputing the charges other than our word against theirs since we failed to cover ourself with our own pics or checklist signed by manager. I consider them and their business practices no better than that of a thief and a liar and will never consider renting from them again.
