i was on webmd.com one day and i saw an ad for acai berry and it sounded interesting all you had to pay was 99 cents for the s&h so i proceeded to order put in all my info and got a call about a day or two later from them and they proceeded to want me to continue buying without receiving the product and i told them no i only wanted to try it and did not want it and to cancel the order finally on 10/20/09 i see a charge on my debit card for 79.95 and for 80 cents i called the # attached and all it does is tell you the next available rep will be with you and nobody ever answers and no web to find even though they say it on the automated system. this was my first time doing such a foolish thing that i will never do it again . so please buyer BEWARE stay away from these type of ads. SCAMMED IN MASSACHUSETTS.

A friend of mine drunkenly ordered the Acai Berry and Colon Cleanse detoxes for fun, claiming that "after 14 days you can just send it back!" I received the colon cleanse, decided against even trying it, called the customer service number, spoke to a nice young man who cancelled it and sent a confirmation email. end of story

HOWEVER. It took over a week for the Acai berry detox to arrive, and when it finally did I decided to send it back as well. Today when I checked my account I saw I had already been charged! I called the comapny and complained. They stated that the TOS said the trial started from the day of order (what the HELL is that?!?!) so I was to be charged. For my efforts all I got was a confirmation number for cancelling the product and no email as of yet.

I talked to my bank and although they cannot put a stop to debit charges, they have changed my debit card number so it can no longer be accessed by the company. Once the charge goes through (as it is listed as "pending") I can call the claims department to get the charge (hopefully) reversed. In a minute I am going to call the Wellness people back to ensure that my account was fully cancelled.

This better work. I am considering writing the Attorney General as well as my lawyer and Superior Court Judge uncles to ensure no further charges will be made.

Purchased a sample for $3.75 of Natra Pure body cleanse. 15 days later I was billed $90.20 without authorization. When contacting the company they claimed I entered a contract upon the purcahse of the sample and that they accepted to refunds or returns. This infuriated me, because upon purchasing the product I made sure it was strictly for a sample not anything further. The product is unopend and unused, and I won't touch the stuff after this. I have contacted the Better business bureau, which I wish I had done before ordering, as they already had 11 complaints doing the same thing. I don't know about you, but I can't afford to spend 90.20 without knowing it. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING ONLINE. This same ad advertised the Acai X3 that I received also for $2.79 (although they billed me $2.82). This product also billed me an additiona $88.00 2 weeks later without authorization. Again they won't give credit. These forms of companies are disgusting.
