I ordered a trial period of an Acai Berry product and received a different product called "Trim Now" for $7.90. I called the number the company gave me and no one answers, you just leave a message. I have called approximately 15 times or more. Through research I have found other numbers and none of them work.

I have been charged $200 illegally and I can't afford to have money thrown away, as I am on Social Security Disability and do not receive enough money to spend on products I didn't order.

What I am looking for is, Are there any people who have been ripped off as well from this company and were you able to speak with anyone? Were you able to get your money reimbursed? I really need the help in getting names and phone numbers that connect you to a live person, please I cannot afford to lose this $200. I have cancelled my card so no further charges can be made.

I am going to call the Attorney State General to complain and put them on notice. I think it would be a good idea for everyone who has been "taken" illegally to call your own Attorney State General in your city and state. I believe if enough people complain to the right people, authorities, we can close down this company and their illegal practices.
