My complain is with this rebate scam that they have about celebrity sexy teeth whitener.. First it allows you to cancel and I cancelled in a timely manner but of course they never received the cancellelation which charges showed up on my account. In the mean time I had sent a rebate form the day I ordered the product but of course when you get the refund you cannot get the rebate it waves the refund which was $50. I spoke to a representative who instucted me on how to obtain the refund but never told me that it would cancel my rebate. You have to read the form to see it which they count on you not reading. On my original form it does not have it and I cleary didnt see it but that swhat they count on so I am out of $50. They are rip off and they clearly charged my account so I would not get the rebate. It is all a set up and someone needs to make them accountable for what they are doing. I should get my $50 rebate because they made the error to charge my account on purpose. Why should they disqualify the rebate because they made the error in the cancellation surely I see a scam.
