I ordered a Flex Belt product on-line. The Wellness WatchersMD 14 day trial membership was included when I ordered the other product. I called within the 14 days and cancelled with Wellness WatchersMD however wen I got my credit card bill they had charged me $59. I called again and they claimed I'd never cancelled. Under threat of reporting them to the Attorney Generals office, they agreed to refund the $59 and even confirmed the cancellaiton with an email - this was March 1, 2010. I just got my credit card bill for this last month and they had refunded the $59 from last month but now they've charged me another $59. The fact that you cannot opt out of their free trial when you order something is not right to begin with but to continue charging a credit card even after they have acknowledged the cancellation in writing, is basically robbery. I have sent them another email and told them that they have 3 days to get a credit placed on my credit card or I am going to file the complaint with the Attorney General's office here in Arizona. I also told them that I will be finding every site possible on the web including letting the Flex Belt folks that my posting will be warning consumers that they should not order the product; that while the product is good, unless they want to have to deal with this company, they may want to rethink their purchase.

This was an offer that was attached to a skin care product. Offered a $25.00 gift card to sign up for a free 2 week trial for this service. If after 14 days you do not call them to cancel they will automatically begin to bill your credit card for $4.17 a week until you do cancel. After 12 days I had received absolutely NO information from this Company! I had made a note of this information at the time I purchased my skin care product. Today I went on line, did a search for Wellness Watchers MD. I found a toll free number to call them. I explained to them that I had received NO Information for their program or services. Yet there were only 2 days before they start charging me for a 14 day trial for a service I received no information from or even how to reach me! I cancelled the service! I inquired about my $25.00 gift card I was to get for TRYING their program or service. Not sure what they provide since I did not get any thing from them. I was then informed it was not a $25 but it is $10. and since I had just notifed them I was canceling I would not be able to get the gift card at all!
These people are making alot of money off of our ignorance. It has finally happened to me for the LAST time. Have a good day, but beware!

Wellness Watchers charged $60 dollars to my credit card account. I haven't even heard of these people.

As others, I was promised a $50.00 rebate. It has not arrived. These folks must be stopped. I am a senior citizen who is currently unemployed. The charges that are appearing on my credit card must be investigated. Who is assisting with getting these folks out of business? We need a class action suit!

I have listed 37 pissed-off individuals who have had their accounts illegally charged by Wellness Watchers MD.

Who is interested in a US$37.million Class-Action Lawsuit against these fraud artists? Add another US$17.million for the lawyers and lets round it off to a cool $50.MILL.
