I just found charges on my bank statement for 1.89 and another for 29.95 from wellness watchers. I have never authorized charges for this.

Two charges appear on my Discover card: $1.83, $29.95 under Restaurant category. I did not authorize these charges

I purchased a dietary supplement from the above listed company. Then a few days later an additional charge of $59.99 was taken out of my checking account!! So i called the company and had them fax me a refund form for the unauthorized charge, waited for the refund to come in the mail or be put back in my account and it never happened. So i called again today 2-6-09 and they told me they have no record of the fax and they will be back in touch with me about the matter. I sent the refund form back to them by certified mail and have the receipt in front of me now and when i was on the phone with them. I have proof they received my refund but they (supervisor named Steven) said there was nothing he could do i had to wait a few days for the accounting dept to find the records. So i am going to call them morning noon and night until they resolve the issue. I think they are tied to a company named marabou.com.

I ordered a cosmetic product from Urban Nutrition and then discovered a $59.00 charge for WellnessWatchersMD on my credit card. I called the credit card company and they said they couldn't do anything about it until I called WW. I held forever but finally got someone in their customer service dept. He was very argumentative about not cancelling the charge but he finally agreed to send a form via e-mail. I faxed the form and when I hadn't received the credit within a week I resent the form via USPS. Within a week I received a $59.00 credit on my credit card.
