Unauthorized charges
Ordered lip plumper as there was a $50.00 rebate. (Cost was $50.00 for item). They automatically signed me up for their membership of $29.95 of which I never applied for and was surprised when it appeared on my credit card. Within two days of my order for the plumper they billed my credit card for the newsletter. When I complained, they refunded the $29.95. I followed all the requirements on their rebate form and mailed in everything. I waited almost 3 months and no rebate check. I called on June 15, 2009 and they said because I cancelled membership the couldn't give me the rebate and said it stated that on the rebate form. I read the rebate form to them and it said "It is completely free during your free trial and no additional purchase or obligation of any kilnd is required". They still refused to give me the rebate. I am out $50.00 for a product that was bogus anyway and didn't even work as they advertised. With the rebate, it would have been free to try and if it would have worked would have been worth a reorder. I still want my rebate of $50.00 back as was in their rebate agreement.

Unauthorized charges
My credit card is being charge $29.95 for a subscription to Wellness Watchers that I did not authorize. I will be contacting my credit card company to file a claim for fraudulant charges. Haven't been able to speak to a living breathing body yet at 800-591-6383 but will keep trying.

Beware
BEWARE of www. wellnesswatchersMD.com. Rebates are bogus! Must go to own medical doctor to get info to start program. Representatives of Wellness Watchers MD will not resolve issues, but will tell you to call back later, rebate is in progress, give additional false numbers, blame other companies, not explain details and provide plenty of excuses.

double billing
Was double billed one month for this service which was used once or twice for many months. Now it is time to apply direct presure to stop the bleeding. A turnicate has been applied.
Also was billed for foreign transaction fees. each transaction charged the same amount of money, however the name of payee changed:

Fraudulent charges
Unauthorized charges for two months on my Amex for $29.95 a month. Never was in contact with this company or ordered anything from this company. On line sites state that it is a fraud.

Like others I too got scamed by this outfit. They had been billing me $29.95 monthly for nothing. I have asked repeatedly for evidence that I opted in with my CC information but that have not produced anything.
does anyone know of a class action suit that is pending?
Look at your bank statement carefully an immediately cancel your card if there is any suspicious activity.

We have been charged an initial $1 00 fee [12/1/08] and have subsequently been charged $29.95 on 12/16/08 and 2/26/08.
We have not agreed to any products or services offered by this company.

Scam Charges
I dont understand why you guys are all complaining about WWMD. Ive ordered the teeth whitener from celebritysexyteeth.com and it worked great. I got my 50 rebate form. I also happen to love Wellnesswatchers website. I get access to their online liscened physician, their nutrionist as well all for free. So what if its 59 bucks a year. Like thats too much for the importanance of my health? You guys are dumb for not reading the terms and conditions on the website about your free trial then u come here and slander their name because of your mistakes? Grow up
