Scam, scam, scam
I ordered a product on the internet and this charge appeared on my credit card. This is not the product I ordered. When I called they told me that when I ordered the other product, I was given the choice of this service for a year. I DID NOT CHOOSE THIS!!! They told me that they emailed me and gave me 14 days to opt out. NO EMAIL, NOTHING. They charged my credit card $59 and there is nothing I can do. BEWARE!!!

unauthorized charge to CC
Wellness Watcher's representative said they sent me an email stating that if I didn't reply they would consider it my acceptance of the $59 charge to join their membership to the wellness watchers site. I did NOT receive such an email, I did receive one telling me that I needed to logon and change my password to the site. Then I see a charge of $59.00 on my credit card. That is when I called them and was told about the emails I supposedly received. All this came from ordering something from Urban Nu Rition LLC. I will never order anything from them again.

Unauthorized charge to my account
Seems I am not alone in this scam! I ordered something from Urban Nutrition (never again). And suddenly I had a dollar fee. Then a 59 dollar fee to my account! I tried calling to no avail and had to shut down all of my accounts for fear of them stealing more money from me!
what else can I do!?! how do I get my 60 bucks back?!!

deceptive marketing practices
Looks like I'm not the only one who got 'taken in' by their deceptive marketing. I never intended to buy anything from them, and wound up with a $59 charge on my credit card, which the bank said they will reverse.

Fraudulent charge
I must have accepted a two week trial when ordering another product which at this time I believe to be Riddex. At this time all I know is I got Charged 59.00 and have no number to contact Wellness Watchers at. I have not received the product I originally ordered, or even a charge for the product.

$59.00 charge
I ordered a sample of a beauty product on line. Two weeks later they charged me for a product I did not receive. I called them to protest this and was told they had a computer malfunction and they would give me a credit. Imagine my surprise when I saw a $59 charge from something called Wellness Watchers on my card entered two days after the one I protested. When I finally got through to them after being on hold with several attempted calls I was told essentially the same thing other people on this site were told. That I had ordered this and that I had been sent an e-mail and a regular letter confirming the order. When I stated I did not receive the letter and I did not receive the email I was told that their records showed they were sent. When I asked why I was being charged when I had not even received a product I was told they dealt in information. I explained that I work in the health field and definitely would not order any information from an internet health site when I have more medical journals to read than I can read each month. Then I said the charge was probably due to the computer "malfunction" I was told about when I ordered the sample. The young woman said that was probably it and she would send me an email with a form to fill out for a refund. I should get the email in 30 minutes -- it is now almost 4 hours later and still no form -- but I did find this site and I did contact my credit card and disputed both charges.
