Harassing phone calls and Bad Customer Service

Wells Fargo needs to be shut down. I owe just two more payments on a recent loan and like every one else I was late falling on hard times. They call my house from dawn to dusk. One customer service rep who apparently was a females was rude and disrepectful and didn't want to work with me. They act like people doesn't have other bills to pay. And what really gets me is they want your money but they treat their customers like they're not worth a damn. And they have forgotten that we as the taxpayers had bailed them out at one time and this is the thanks that we get

Loan settelement a Joke

In about April 2005 I made my first payement to Wells Fargo Auto Finance ( Acceptance) on a 2002 Chevy Suburban loan Amount about $22, 000.00. We are a family of six and my wife stays at home with the kids School etc. Well after several months of paying my loan and yes I was late on occasion and even had to get a extension or two, during hard times (food or loan). Wells Fargo was always nice to get along with and had no problem BUMPING that payment for me(if I only knew). I eventually needed a new Transmission for the Suburban and that was going to be around $3, 000.00 to fix, and it was broken NoGo. I called Wels Fargo to see if I could Get Some Help with this and they told me NO. I ended up having a friend get me a GM Reman. transmission and it turned out to be $1, 900.00 installed with the Homie Discount Wells fargo Did not want to help with that, Oh and that took an Extension. later I had the same problem but with a Valve Train Problem, $1, 500.00 had to go to shop. No Help again from WFAF.
I lost my Job on Sept. 31st 2009 and I wanted to Pay off the loan borrow from my 401K so I would have a payment. I found out that I had payed about $24, 000.00 on the loan and my pay off is $11, 000.00.
I found out that because I have been Late I have been a bad customer so I got penalized and all Wells Fargo could tell me is that I should not have gotten the loan if I could not pay it.

I called Wells Fargo and declared a hardship and asked for a settelment and the are demanding $9, 800.00 for the settelement because that is the Market value for the Suburban. If I could not pay the $9, 800.00 Wells Fargo is going to REPO the suburban and make me pay the remander after it auctions.

So I am having to PAY WELLS FARGO ABOUT $33, 000.00 on a $22, 000.00 loan for not paying on time and setteling or paying the current loan and end up paying almost $50, 000.00 to the loan term (including intrest late payments extensions etc. I am unemployed so I am now 60 days past due) I am willing to work with this Company but they LIKE MY MONEY and MY SUBURBAN and want to take both.
