Customer Service
Wells Fargo has the worst cutomer service EVER. It has taken them a year and a half to to take care of forced insurance coverage and as of today, a supervisor, Marcus Tucker, and his customer service agent talked to me as if I am in the wrong and keep calling me on my job. The customer service rep Renee Matters hung up on me after she told me to contact my agent to see if I had insurance coverage. I have had insurance coverage and my insurance agent has personally submitted all insurance information to them. But today they called my job again. I have contacted an attorney for harrasment and I am contacting the BBB in NC.
I am not sure who trains them, but there customer service skills leaves alot to be desired for. But after speaking to the supervisor, I see that wells fargo did not invest much into training at all.

Incompetency in Wells Fargo Freud Department
To make a long story short, my mother is being sued for a Wells Fargo Home Equity Loan that was illegally obtain by way of Identity theft.
Wells Fargo sold the loan to Buckeye Retirement Company, but Buckeye insist that my mother should take the responsibility to pay the 80K loan.
I have filed two complaints with Wells Fargo Freud dept. The first complaint I filed in 2004 but it went nowhere because (Incompetent or the staff needs training).
We now have evidence from a “writing expert” that the Wells Faro promissory note was not my mothers signature.
Based on this info, I filed the second complaint. Wells Fargo offered only to remove the loan off of my mothers credit report. In exchange for this action, the bank required that we release any and all claims against Wells Fargo.
In addition, I complained to Controller of Currency (OCC). After 6 month and calling every month for closure, the letter only stated that Wells Fargo offered to remove the load off my mothers credit report.
BTW- Buckeye Retirement Company is still suing my mother.
My mother is an elderly lady and has now exhausted her money with Lawyers fee’s.
Now what!

Refinance scam
I applied for a refinance with Wells Fargo 5 months ago and was presently surprisefd to be conditionally approved about three weeks into the process. I was sceptical since my research into the company pulled up so many complaints. After many delays, expenses and fees, monthly pulls of my credit report, unreasonable and duplicate requests for information, and general incompetence, i received notice today that a refinance on my home was considered too risky. It seems WF could have given me this response a long time ago. I am now applying to with another company just to avoid dealing with this despicable one.

Processed credit payment for 1,066. instead of 166.00 still waiting for resolution.
Wells Fargo processed check 4042 for $1, 066.00 rather then 166.00 the last week of July.when I informed them that my mortgage payment was going to be short on Aug 2nd they promised to take care of the problem right away (a week to ten days)With the mortgage due on the sixth I approached my credit union who took charge, canceled the payment, refunded my 900 dollar shortage and re-issued a check for 166.00. I immediately called wells Fargo and talked to Ms. Zimmerman who agreed and all was good. One week later Wells Fargo did what my bank did and took my 166 again. In balancing my August checking I saw the 900 extra dollars as well as the 166 payment. In checking with Wells Fargo I was told the nine hundred was treated as a "purchase" but nowhere is the 166 as a payment. I paid off the new balance including the 900 to avoid penalties on my final payment. Is this how Wells Fargo makes money on interest free accounts. YOU are good but with Wells Fargo...forget it. My credit is impeccable, can you help an unhappy customer?

repossesion
We have been harrassed twice with your collection people to reposses a truck that we do not own. the first time someone showed up the people were rude and ready to hook onto our chevy s10 when they were looking for a gmc sonoma. We told the people that we do not know where the guy lives that owns the truck even though he is my step son. The people that come are rude and if we have any other contact with them we will begin harrassment charges against the wells Fargo company.

HARP & REFI
I've been being strung along by Wells Fargo Since January 2010 to this day. After months and months of sending document after document, they just denied me from getting into the HARP program on Sept 30th. I asked if I could skip 1 months payment to try to catch up on my bills, they gave me four and told me that if I couldn't pay at the end of the term, I could probably roll it into the refi. I had an injury that was disabling for a year. I had a boss that I tried to work for thru that injury until he made it impossible for me to heal and ended up leaving that job that I worked for 11 years after he hit and stepped on my injured foot, which had nerve damage, and thought I was taking off time for nerve blocks in order to have a 3 day weekend. I could have taken off the 8 months in which the medical field allows for my type of injuries, but I tried to tough it out. I should have taken him to court, but I couldn't afford it literally and figuratively. I was only able to collect temporary disability for 4 months after I left my job. I wasn't able to collect unemployment even in telling my reason for leaving. It took me 6 months to find another job after signing up with 3 temporary agencies I was lucky enough to get hired at a job I was placed in. However, the pay is no where near what I was making before. I had to go thru all of my saving during the time I wasn't working and am in desperate need of getting a lower mortgage payment to try to make ends meet. The co-borrower of my loan passed away and after refinancing several times over 10 years for a lower rate, his name was not on the loan when Wells Fargo purchased the loan. I wasn't aware it had to be as executrix of the estate, I thought my name was just as good. This was one of my hardships for which I was denied via telephone. After the 4 month moratorium, they told me I had to be current in order to move forward in the process of the HARP program. I borrowed the money I needed from family to make my loan current and 6 months later, their letter of denial states that I am denied because my loan is current and I have not proved lower income and more expenses! UNBELIEVABLE!!! They have my pay stubs, prior year tax info, you name it. They even upped my payment during this process due to low escrow funds. Which I have to say, "I am not so sure this is true". As we have learned, you cannot trust them. I am charging gas and have growing debt on that credit card because I can't afford to pay it off monthly, as I did before. They don't have proof? I gave them everything they asked for.
So they tell me on the phone after breaking the news that the death of the co-borrower isn't a good enough hardship that they have other in-house programs that they might be able to get me into. Very frustrated, I asked if this process was going to take 9 months also? Of course, they said no, we will have someone contact you within a week. Well, they had someone contact me and told me the same thing, I am in review for in-house refi. I've gotten several calls and missed them and when I return the call, I am told that I need to speak to my loan rep and there are no notes in the system as to why I received the calls that I missed. I was told they would push for the return call from my processor. I've tried his direct line several times and left messages. 3 weeks later, I still have no clue how they are going to try to screw me this time!!!
This is outrageous! These people should be ashamed of themselves! They are crooks! They are playing with peoples lives! They are a big part of the reason this country is the way it is and it's getting worse. And who does the government help? I am extremely frustrated! Maybe we should all just top paying these crooks! Let them see how it feels to say "F U"! I don't care if you lose your job or can't afford food and are getting further into debt ever day! I feel sorry for the youth of this county. What are they learning from the practices of big corporations and politicians today? It pays to be a crook? Something has to be done!

Thiefs
I tried to open a checking account at Wells Fargo and with my credit I could only open an opportunity account, which was fine with me. I went in the bank 3 days later to deposit a check and get some cash out of my account and was told by the teller that loss prevention had a hold on my account and they were going to close my account. It's 3 days later and they still haven't closed my account and won't give me my money back. I spoke with loss prevention yesterday and today and since there was something on Chexsystems, they couldn't open the account. They were going to close the account within 10 days from the 20th (three days ago) and then AFTER that, they would mail me a check for the money in my account. They also told me they don't have anything in writing about this policy and I could file a report if I wanted. I am a single mother and that was all the money I had for gas and food for the week. I'm also currently unemployed so I need every penny I have. They didn't seem to care at all about me or my money. I just would like the account closed now and to be able to go in the back and get my money in cash today. This is just outrageous! They are basically holding my cash hostage. I will never do business with Wells Fargo again and I will make sure to tell all my friends and family about them.

Wells Fargo stole money out of my accounts
Wells Fargo has stolen money out of my accounts in sum of $3200 and applied toward my credit cards, although I set up a payment plan with their customer service about a month ago and I was making the payment.
this company sucks, I have report them to Business Bureau. if you have experienced the same thing with Wells Fargo please report them to Business Bureau.

Wells Fargo - Beyond Assholes
after paying a morage of 2862.00 a mouth for 3 yrs and because of that hurt my credit to a point were no one renew my morage when it came do they wanted me to sign a morage for 4355.00 a mouth they are out of there mines if they think i would pay that...so now they have forced me out of my home..they are a bunch of <<<<<<<cant type what i think of them
