ACCOUNT WITHDRAWAL
I am writing this letter to let WELLS FARGO know how unfair you have treated me and I have been a Wells Fargo customer since 1980. You went into my accounts and withdrew funds without my permission or acknowledging me so I could take care of the debt. For one this loan was set up as a business loan and the business dissolved. The loan was originally set up by the president of the PCLM LLC. Even though I did sign for the loan as a guarantor not knowing what the fine print says or knowing what it actually meant if the business did not pay the money back. I signed the loan but no one else is held liable but me and that is not fair. I was told by Dennis Cachuela that he would take care of this loan since he had left me to care for other things in the businesses. No one contacted me to tell me or advised me of my rights, it’s been over two years. Normally you are given a judgment before money is taken out of your account. When did this change? I feel I was taken advantage of and you did not even give me the opportunity to make arrangements to repay this loan.
You went into my accounts and withdrew funds from my parents Social Security account yes I moved funds to pay their rent and you took those funds. As well as taking my child support payment that has taken over years to get from the non custodial parent. I feel that if I was someone else other than single black women you would not have done this. You left me with absolutely nothing and that is wrong. No money to pay bills; put food in my house for my elderly Mother and my son. No funds to do nothing not even buy groceries. That is wrong….Especially since you did not give me time to work it out or advise me that this loan was not being paid.
You can look at my other loans, credit cards and accounts and you can tell that I do pay my bills. So you should have given me the opportunity to pay this bill. As I stated to Brandy the collection person I am not going to run away from this bill yet I cannot pay the out rageous amount that she wants me to for $500 I did offer to pay $200 per month. I already pay Wells Fargo $1, 050.00 per month for 1 Visa card and 3 loans. All which I am paying on time and now you have taken all my money so I cannot pay anything. I pay Wells Fargo over 1/3 of my salary I just cannot pay any more. This is one of the reasons why people file bankruptcy. I owe Wells Fargo over $108, 735.00, unsecured/secured and I know some of those loans were probably given to me just to make money, they should be legally challenged.
Wells Fargo did not give me time to explain what happen just the loan is not paid and we need to go after someone. The other partners left me holding the bag on this loan and other things and I have tried to get help with this situation. Bottom-line no one contacted me to pay this bill and that is wrong my address and phone numbers has not changed. I need my money reinstated and I want to dispute the transactions on my accounts. Finally, set up a reasonable payment plan to repay the debt stated above.

Harassment
My husband and I were having financial problems unfortunate we fell behind in the past nine years my husband never fell behind. my husband was lucky that we were waiting on some money due to a loan that we have gottin we paid off a lump sum lost medigation told my husband not to worry about August-Octobers payment that they would put it on the last payments of morgage loan and that he would have too make his 1st payment on November 1st, which he did mean while through thoses months that went by we were harassed they were telling us that we were behind on our loan, for the past several months they harrrased us. They have writtn us and on the letter it stated that we made and agreement too pay 1, 500 which was a lie I have called so m any times and no one wants too help us now we have received a letter telling us that we are going for foreclosure by August 5th a lump som of 4, 000 we don't have it PLEASE someone help us!

the entire company
I would like to know if anyone who's had a bad experience with WellsFargo had their issue resolved in their favor. We found out that not are we NOT overdrawn, but should have a balance of over $1200. I doubt we'll ever see any of our money. They're saying we're- today AM: $1011 overdrawn, funny that tonight we are suddenly $1187 overdrawn, but there's been NO activity on this account. What the hell is going on with this bank??? $490 of this is overdraft fees. Which as I said, shouldn't have been on there in the first place.

customer service/banking
We have been dealing with WellsFargo bank for some time now without any problem. Suddenly, they showed us as being overdrawn. After questioning this, I spent 3 hours on our online banking and to my surprise there is a bank error for $1202. Someone doing the spreadsheets doesn't know how to do math. Meanwhile, we are receiving calls from their overdraft dept. in Oregon. These people call us 10-20 times and day every day. Sundays, after 9p, you name it. They will not identify themselves, and rude, threatening and intimidating. Furthermore, when I tried to tell them that we just came from our bank and the bank manager is handling this and that was no reason for them to keep calling us, this was what I got : "you are through talking, when did you make a deposit to cover this?" I tried to tell her, her nams is Chandra, : "apparently you didn't understand me, we are NOT overdrawn, it's a BANK ERROR!" at which time she started LAUGHING!!! I have NEVER been treated this way from any professional company EVER! I filed a complait with WF Corporate, who, needless to say, ignored me. So then I filed a complaint with both Oregon and Iowa Attorney Generals. Oregon said the should be abiding by Iowa laws. Yesterday was Sunday and we were in the middle of church services when they called AGAIN! My husband told them that we were observing a religious day and not to call again, they said they "didn't care". Furthermore, they stepped up their calls, even going so far as to be extremely rude to our 8 yeard old daughter who happened to answer the phone. You know calling my house 80 times a day will not get this resoved any faster. But when I call and tell them it's being handled, they should respect that and give us the benefit of the doubt. I talked to my insurance guy today and he said he got rid of WF last week. From what I'm reading on this board, I don't hold out much hope for getting any of our money back, let alone all the overdraft fees ($490). If there was no money in the bank, they should not have let a transaction clear. We have never been overdrawn and if fact I deposited over $43K last Nov. I should not have to do their work for them. If I tell them there's a bank error, they need to go back and review it, or at least let me show them my research. As one person said on here, calling me 1000 times a day will not make this go any faster. To everybody who banks with WF, I would suggest that you change banks ASAP. Right now, we're living broke because of their error. But the bank holds the cards and we won;t see any of the money-ever. Basically, they stole $1202 from our family. What makes it even worse is that we live on a fixed income and have to make that last the entire month. My kids are going without milk, juice and tiolet paper, but I can guarantee none of the bank assholes are. they don't give a shit about people like us. My Mom had multi-million dollar accounts with WF and they know her personally. I'm glad she's not here to see how they're treating her daughter, son-in-law and grandkids. Has this happened to anyone else and if so, what happened? Did they keep your money and refuse to waive your OD fees? Or did they resolve it for you eventually? I'd like to hear from folks who have also had this type of experience with WF banking. Thank you.

overdraft fees
i had over $700.00 in my checking acct. and i went to gas station and spent $20.00 debit and then to grocery store $35.00 debit and restaurant $30.00 debit.. still over $600.00 in my acct after running errands.. on same eve i was getting my direct deposit of over $800.00 put into same checking acct... i went to another bank - union bank - and deposited my rent check into my landlords checking acct. $1100.00- no prob. since it usually takes approx 2 days to hit my wells fargo checking acct. well, next morn.. wells fargo decided to put the $1100.00 on the bottom of the list b/4 all the debits of the day and deposits and put me over $200.00 in the hole... this is horrible. i spent the next day at 3 branches of wellsfargo speaking to managers that didn't care and kept referring me to cust service who pretty much said they have the right to rearrainge all debits and deposits the way they want.. so pretty much. screw me... what is wrong with this picture???? this needs to stop now...

Liars and cruel to their customers
On january17th i went to the bank to withdrawal some money from my account and come to find out the bank had closed my account without notifying me. However, i had over 60,000.00 in my account i was not allowed to withdrawal not even a dollar of my money. They, told me to call a 1 800 number to ask why cause the banker did not know why, so i called and they told me that i will be receiving a letter within 3 days stating that my account will be closed and i will receive a cashiers check for the balance that was in my account. Their reason was that there were 3 checks deposited into my account which happened to have bounced. Even though that was not my fault, the checks were from someone who owed me money .they said that the cashiers check will be ready within 10 business days. I asked if there is anyway that i could take some money out to last me 10 business days till i get my money and they said no,they didn't even care that i was their customer and even though it wasn't my fault they closed my account and charged my account fees for the bounced checks also leaving me broke for ten days as well as all my bills unpaid.
