My account is in foreclosure incorrectly. I requested a modification of my mortgage account in August 2009 from WellsFargo because my wife had lose her job in June 2009. After requesting the modification I was told by Wells Fargo modification department not to make anymore payment of the $559.73 and that my trial modification payments will start October 01, 2009 of $503.76. I only miss 2 (two) payments September 2009 and January 2010. My
mortgage payments started on the 15 (fifthteen) of every month before the new modification trial period . As of February 04, 2010 Wellsfargo said my account was 4 (four) month past due, I am only 2 (two) months behind, September 2009 and January 2010. My account should not be in foreclosure after you review my payment history attached. I paid $503.76 on October 07, 2009, November 03, 2009 and December 01, 2009, so I only missed September and January. Wellsfargo has also charged me inspection fees when my account was in my trial modification period, why the inspection fees to my account at this time in wrong.
My modification request was denied in December 2009 because WellsFargo said my bills were more than my income, so I requested another modification after my income and bill had changed and my wife started working. I am trying to get my account current, but I am not able to pay the $1, 896.50 payments plus attorney fees of $1, 017.92 from the incorrect foreclosure proceedings.
Attached is my payment history of my WellsFargo account, which I have never been late or miss a payment since my account was open in 2005 with WellsFargo.
This is not fair, I do not want to lose my house. My wife is 3 (three) months pregnant and times are very hard. I am being review at this time for another modification that I requested. I have the attorneys to delete the attorney fees so that I can bring my mortgage payment current. I was only 2 (two) months behind before my account went into foreclosure, my account should have not gone to foreclosure.

Wells Fargo should be investigated by the US government, They are ripping us off.
Here's how they rip people off every day and make millions off of us.

Let's say you go out and use your bank card and make purchases at 15 locations in 2 days. Okay now you having pending charges for 15 purchases. That money has now been set aside for for those 15 purchases. You can no longer touch that money. But the bank can use for what they want.

Here's where they are ripping us all off!! If you have a electronic check go through your account, They bump it to the front of the line. They take back that pending money and use it on the check, Then they charge you a bounce charge for all the 15 items that were pending. Instead of charging you for the 1 check they get shady and use that pending money you can't touch. That can add up to $525 in fees. That's a car payment, food, bills...
So how do they get away with taking that money from the Pending charges that you can't use for anything else and use it themselves for something other then what it's already pending for?

So they are making Hundreds of Millions of Dollars off of us and what is our government doing about it? Nothing. And in today's times with money being tight, It sucks to be ripped off by our own banks.
These banks should be forced to pay back all the money they have been stealing for years.
