Ok, tell me why Wels Fargo in my city no longer takes payments in the store.. okay, that is fine, i need the address to send it to them then. Lady gives it to me. Well i haven't missed or been late on a payment, until this Nov, car note due on the 19th, i send my payment western union through the mail the same way i been doing it for past couple months. They call my cosigner, not me asking for the money on the 5th of December. I told them that I mailed it to them already and they should have recieved it. They said no they haven't. I called the western union to track my money order and they said that it had been cashed on Dec 2. They keep calling me everyday asking for my payment I keep telling the same thing, yall need to find my money. It has been cashed now find my money. How hard is it to put it in the system. quote "well will you be making your Dec payment on time?" I said "no i will not, im not sending you more money so you can lose it too, so when Wels Fargo starts to care that they messed up and find my money im not going to take the chance of losing more of my money" then she tells me with a nasty attitude. "well I will just send your account information to the collections agentcy." by this point it has been 4 days in a row they called me and I have to tell them the same thing over, so I replyed. I don't care but you and your company needs to find my freakng money before it hits my and my co signers credit or Wels Fargo will be paying me. I ended call.
