WE HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF WENDY'S FOR YEARS. BUT WE ARE THROUGH WITH EVER BUYING ANYTHING AGAIN. IT IS ALL MONEY IN YOUR POCKETS. THE SMALL $1.00 FROSTIES WERE GREAT AND JUST ENOUGH. TODAY I WENT BY WENDY'S AND ORDERED A SMALL CHOCOLATE FROSTIE, THE DOLLOR CHESSE BURGER AND A SMALL FRIES. THE GIRL GAVE ME A CHOCOLATE FROSTIE AND I SAID WHAT THIS. SHE THAT IS OUR NEW CUP FOR THE DOLLOR FROSTIES. CHEAP DUDES! I SHALL NEVER RETURN TO WENDY'S. NOW IT IS A RIP OFF. IT IS ONLY WORTH $.50 NOW. PEOPLE BEWARE FOR THOSE THAT DON'T KNOW. I'LL GO TO WHITECASTLE SOMETHING THAT IS EXCELLENT. PEOPLE WAKE UP SMELL THE ROSES. YOU ARE BEING SCREWED BY WENDY'S CAUSE THEY ARE GETTING RID OF A LOOSING COMPANY 'ARBY'S ROAST BEEF" THE SECOND WORST. WHAT YOU GOING TO DO ABOUT IT, BESIDES NOTHING?

Bad customer service! I have been there several times and the customer service keeps getting bad to horrible. They make their customers drive up and wait for their order and they are not giving our the receipts, only the ATM receipts. Once, they made me back up and drive up so the timer would reset.

my girlfriend woeks@wendys in somerset, and she coms home every day crying do to the rude a belittling acts of despite i guess, and, the rude comments she makes while shes working there.she needs to be fired, or, have the athorrity taking away that she has, (gm), please look into this matter asap!!!thank you

I was hired at this Wendy's in Oct. of 2010. At this Wendy's as I began to work there I noticed attitudes that I don't approve of so I tryed to keep my distance. I cleaned my station and cook the products as I was trained by previous managers being that I'e worked for the company before. As I showed my work work ethics, almost immediately they started to try to take advantage of me. I dealt with it until just befor Christmas when I dicided that I was going to leave there being that I had moved further away from the job and the trip was becoming to costly. I was asked to work the rest of the week out which I worked that Monday night to hear constant complaining by the GM for no reason of what so ever and that she had misplaced $200. I at that point made it my point to stay away from the office and all drawers ( which I do anyway do to constant monetary issues). I at that point decided that I will not return because I don't want to be in the middle of that kind of stuff. I did not return to work and when I went to pick up my last check everything was fine. All of a sudden a rumor had risen from a family member that they was told that the GM in which I was working for that night had told her boss that I stole the money. I called and asked another manager who stated that she never heard this even though this family member was approached by other managers about the situation. I never worked with their money before and always declined the opportunity when I was approached. I never be around anywhere their money is collected or stored and every manager in the store know this. I don't appreciate being lied on in any such way, even if I dont work there. Also this place is unorganized and they play the favorites game. They will try to overwork you when they need help but will cut your hours drastically afterwards and will have you drive from out of town to try to work you for 3 hours if you let them. They have a horrible management set up pitiful .

This is twice now that I purchased food at Wendy's and the receipt and my check visa charge do NOT match. They are scamming people by charging more than the actual amount. It may be only $1.00 or so but be CAREFUL and keep your receipt to compare against the charged amount. This is the Wendy's located in Russett.
