Rudeness, pig sty place!
My boyfriend and I went to Wendy's this evening for a bite. We ordered some burgers and fries. The fries were cold and white, like they had barely been in the deep fryer. So we asked for some fresh fries, and the kid who was doing the fries rolled his eyes and said, "J*s*s Chr*st!". The other staff were laughing. So then we went to sit down and as I was pulling out my chair, I got ketchup on my sleeve from it being on the back of the chair. So, I wiped it off and we sat down to eat. Next thing we notice is our order wasn't even right. Basically, the fries were cold, they were rude to us, the place was a pig sty, not just the chair where I sat, but the whole restaurant, and they screwed up our order. I don't feel like its worth it to me to call them and complain because I know nothing will get done about it, so, here's my complaint.

Poor customer service!
I am referring to the Wendy's on 34th Street between 7th & 8th Avenues in Manhattan. Just because some employees don't like their job or are in a bad mood does not give them a right to be rude to customers!!! This cashier threw a bag at me just because I asked for a bag for the drink. Wendy's should not assume that everyone is eating in and therefore put everything in the tray. I am sorry that she had to put the tray and then had to get upset because I had the audacity to ask for a bag!!!

The size of cheese is thinker then meat
I had went to wendys tonight with the family we are tired of the same old places so we took the drive to the one on crosstimbers in houston tx. I was shocked so was my wife but it was to late to turn around we were down the street from home. The cheese in our burger where thinker then the meat i had also order a double stacker and all i got was a single meat. I did not expect that since we had been to the one on west rd. there services was great the food was good we had just said that night that we were going to stop going to the other fast food places because we loved it so much. But now we might have a very big change of heart.

Spoiled food, or poor employee hygiene!
My husband and I were traveling from DFW airport to SFO airport on 6/29/07. We were traveling out of terminal C. There was a Wendy's restaurant in that same terminal. I ventured to get an egg, bacon, and cheese biscuit before getting on the plane. The plane ride was 4 hours long. Upon arriving to San Francisco to celebrate our 5 year wedding anniversary we checked into our hotel room, and 2 hours later I began vomiting uncontrollably from Friday until Sunday. Just in time for us to leave to return home. Due to unsanitary conditions at this restaurant my entire weekend anniversary vacation was ruined. This was the only thing I ate on Friday, and I am 99.9% sure it was the cause. I am now out two grand and will never get back my 5 year anniversary. Thanks a lot Wendy's! Perhaps you should encourage all employees, even those at airport chains to wash their hands and properly cook the food.

They stole my credit card!
Wendy's Restaurant in the Bronx located on Boston Post road two blocks away from 222nd street. I was a customer at this restaurant on Monday May 7th 2007 at their drive thru window. I had only a $50 bill when I noticed a sign that says they don’t accept any bills larger than a $20. I asked the cashier if I would be able to use my debit card, she said yes and I gave it to her.
My card was never handed back to me, I did not realize this until two days later when I wanted to buy gas for my car, went to my wallet there was nothing. Completely emptied my bag to check if it was there but I had no luck. I began to retrace my thoughts and there it came to me "Wendys." I did not go to wendys right then it was only 7 in the morning and I had to drop my daughter at school then head off to work myself. At around 11:45am on Wednesday May 9th while at my desk at work I decided to check my bank account at chase to make sure everything was ok. To my surprise it wasn’t, I had a negative balance of $730.26 approximately $354.73 over the amount I had in my account. I decided to look at the list of my transactions to my surprise someone went on a mini shopping spree with my debit card, buying things from a metro card, to timberland boots. By this time it was around 12 mid day which happens to be my lunch hour. I went to chase with whom I had the account spoke to a manager their and was told what to do to ensure my money will be returned to me. I did as I was told.
Later on that evening I decided to go over to Wendys. I ask to speak to the manager on duty, first a lady came out which was a bit sympathetic but later said at the time I made the purchase she was not present. Another manager came out who knew all about what had happen. He told me the cashier girl gave him my card, this is when I thought he was a little crazy, he said the card was already picked up by a man claiming to be the cousin of the person that’s me, who left my card. This is when I said to him how could you give a card to someone without asking for a picture ID to make sure the names match he started getting nervous and saying more things that really did not make much sense to me. Now I need to know what further actions I should take as I know this is an easy case to solve as these store are equipped with cameras all over.

Bad service and food
I patronized the Wendy's in the 3700 block of Summer Ave in Memphis, TN twice within as many weeks. On both visits, I ordered their Taco salad. During the first visit the cashier/server forgot two items and I had to remind her. There was no apology or thank you. The second visit a week later, the same thing except more items were forgotten. I had to get back in line for the sides that were supposed to come with the salad; also a Taco salad. I am used to a little water in the bottom of the bowl due to the rather thin chili Wendy's serves but on this occasion, there was more than one-third water on the bottom which made the meat, lettuce and everything else soggy. Apparently, the server did not stir the chili before serving and merely dumped it on top of the lettuce. I contrast this type of service to another Wendy's at Poplar and Perkins in Memphis where one young man moves around the restaurant and greets everyone coming in, thanks them when they leave, offers to take their trays when patrons are finished with their meals, and also brings them refills if they want one. Although the cashier/server forgets to say thank you as well, I don't worry because customer service behind the counters is all but forgotten. However, what makes me a returning customer is the young man who does provide customer service above and beyond. More fast food restaurants could learn a lesson from him. The training the employees receive should try to eliminate the "I don't give a damn about you" attitude and instill better customer service. But, unless that is a top down expectation put into practice...

Incorrect cooking of food
Due to allergies, hamburger and chicken sandwich ordered without cheese or mayo. Customer even had
the person at the window personally tell the cook to avoid any dairy products on sandwiches. Upon returning home with order....cheese and mayo heaped on sandwich. Called and asked to talk to manager (Kelly?). She was VERY RUDE and said that no one told her and we could return the sandwich. It was 11:50 PM. This is the last time anyone in our family will EVER eat at this Wendy's.

Uncooked chicken and cold fries
I had purchased 2 crispy chicken burgers for holiday hangover healing and got possible samonila poisoning instead. My boyfriend consume his burger without thinking that it wasn't cooked. Really though how do large fast food chains think they can treat there customers like another bad moment in a long day, threaten our lives and then simply offer a coupon (thinking you will have something else on there menu) or brush you off in ignorance leaving you with nothing to but post a complaint or sit with pen and paper buy a stamp and walk to the post office. Thank you Wendys on isley avenue in dartmouth nova scotia next time they can keep there uncooked chicken and cold fries for the next person to have o do this.
