Food Quality
I have been ordering Wendy's chili for years. I like the idea of it being somewhat healthy and affordable. Since prices of gas are rising, so are fast foods, which are understandable. I do not understand how they can water down food (chili) and expect to get away with it. The chili was at least 2 inches below the fill line and there was more water and spices in the chili than anything else. Barely any beans or meat...mostly water.

Wrong Order EVERY TIME
9 out of 10 times that I go through the drive through there they (the idiots behind the fast food window F something up! This has been going on for years and you may ask yourself well, why does she continue to go there??? Wel, I like the food when it's correct! But I know I'm NOT the only one- so many friends as well neighbors here in Milford agree and are disgusted but we continue to keep mouths shut and visit the place- Food's "usually" good I should say actually. PLEASE Someone do something- Gonna attempt to call Wendy's headquarters...Wish they would straighten this out I mean come' on it's the easiest job in the world people?!?

Selling puppies in the parking lot
The manager working the Sunday evening shift permitted a lady to sell puppies in the parking lot. The lady set up a small fence for the puppies, her lawn chair, & a large sign and kicked back in her lawn chair and enjoyed her cigarettes while the puppies sat in the hot sun waiting for a buyer with cash to come by and get them. This was very unethical to say the least!!

swallowed somthing from tea
I bought a single combo with a glass of tea, and swallowed something that has stuck in my throat and has made me very sick. My ice was melted in my tea, and when i sucked from the straw something went through the straw has stuck in my throat, and I'm very sick, so after a week now I'm going to the doctor. I'm am scared and trying not to think about it, but its hard, because its there in my throat, no matter what i eat or drink, its there. I will never eat at Wendy's again.

no supplies
Wendy's restaurant on 114th street in rockaway beach, new york, I sat in the drive thru for about 7-8 minutes. when they finally came to the drive thru everything I ordered they did not have (large size meals, no baked potatoes, no chicken nuggets) on occassions they do not have the proper condiments. Also I witnessed a staff memeber changing the garbage bag with the plastic gloves and as soon as he fininshed throwing it out he returned and started putting hamburgers to cook with the same gloves he had on when he was messing with the garbage. I spoke to the manager who 's explanation was he did not touch the garbage only the bag...

Rude service
Rude service at Wendy's. The girl (Only girl) at the counter who took my order had the most racist demeaner. She should have just just asked me what the Fu*k I wanted to order. The manager looked just as lame and not caring. I won't cater to Wendy's until I see an approvement in their staff attitude. Very unprofessional organization. This particular Wendy's is on Baseline & Ellsworth in Mesa Arizona. In retalliation I poured some Ketchup on their customer eating area rug floor. Improve or get more ketchup revenge Wendy's.

Horrible service, rude worker
So I'm hungry go around the corner to Wendy's and pull up at the drive thru. Ask the cashier to hold for second while I decided what i wanted to order. I guess she didn't hear me then she ask to take my order then I guess me having to tell her to wait again made her upset. So when ready she ask me to hold with no one in line then i said hello and she repeated oh I need u to wait. So finally i had to drive around to the window to place my order and then i recieved o receipt with my order. To top it all off the manager walk right past the window and looked at me like I was crazy! Something needs to be done about those type of people

Poor service, poor quality
It took 20 minutes to get our food and the food wasn't good at all. Our frosty's were all melted, the fries where cold, and the burgers weren't cooked all the way, and the bread was soked in grease.
The lady didn't give me my total at the drive thru nor did she attach my reciet to my order for now on I'm never going to that Wendy's ever again.

POOR SERVICE &CONDUCT
WENDY'S HAS GOTTEN WORST EVERY YEAR. POOR SERVICE AND UNFAIR TO THEIR EMPLOYEES WRONG. MANAGERS STEPPING OUT OF THE PLACE. I THOUGHT THEY WERE NOT ALLOW TO DATE THEIR OWN EMPLOYEE. IT'S OK AS LONG AS THEY KEEP IT OUT OF THE WORK PLACE BUT IN FRONT OF THE EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMERS DOING THINGS THAT ARE NOT APPROPRIATE. I USE TO LOVE GOING TO WENDY'S BUT THIS WENDY'S LOCATED AT HARLEM AND HIGGINS ITS JUST AWFUL IN EVERY WAY YOU CAN THINK OF.

stop making the great fish sandwich
Wendy's has the best fish sandwich ever and we were so sad to see that it is a seasonal item. We wish some how you could put it on the menu all the time. We ate this sandwich about 2 to 3 times a week. Please, please, please get it on the menu all the time.
