manager Rude
i had went inside to order my number 1 like i always do had went in 2 times that week and the register lady was supper nice but the manager was in the back by the drive thru window and he was walking back in fourth YELLING COME ON TALK TO EACHOTHER and was YELLING at the SANDWICH GIRL SAYIN COME ON YOUR TOO SLOW YOUR SUPPOSED TO BE DONE IN 8SECONDS!! that is so rude i told the register lady that manager is really rude and he had YELLED at the register lady saying STOP TALKING GET tTO WORK! while she was talking to me their was about 2 other people in line and i chatted with them and they totally agreed about him and i asked the register lady what was the manager name and his name is alex has long blonde hair and was wearing a blue shirt! that manager is just rude your employees should not get treated like that i love going to that wendys i would really appreciate that you either tell him something or relocate him because if i see him thier again and i hear him yelling at the employees again i will tell him something i never had a problen thier your employees are super nice and i just dont think they deserve that! i will stop going to that wendys if i continue hearing this

bad food
I usually come to this wendy's, but NEVER AGAIN!!! Every time i come here the food is just pathetic!!! i know arbys is joined by wendys somehow, because i work at arby's and if they have the same mission as arby's then i wanna know what the problem is... i had a rude black lady wait on me, she was huffing and puffing because i didnt know what i wanted. i came around 8:30 on thursday... my fries were very old and looked nasty, my spicy chicken nuggets were old and greasy tasting.. my chicken sandwich as good, but the quality of the food was a zero.. every time i come here my order is not right!!! im really starting to think of calling the food department on this place.. i understand they want qf3 but all i get is the fast out of the whole thing... if nothing is done i will make sure to call the health department... im tired of waisting my money on poor quality food... the economy is bad enough!!! i will make sure to tell all my friends about this place and tell my area supervisor. To top it all off i didnt even get a my recepit. so even if i wanted to get a refund i couldnt and get accused of lying, and trying to get free food!!! Choice better employees!!

Bad place to work
Coworker took my glasses claim she did not know who's they were. I have had management yell at me in front of crew and customers I have to go to the bank all time to get one's and fives and had to go to other Wendy for things we did not have on my owe gas I was do my raise April 24 2011 it was not in my pay. The night crew did not do their closing work. I would open Monday have to close before opening I clean tables walls and bathrooms ect. Most of crew and some management would use curse words they used the f word all time they were ask to stop did not . I was their for two years !

bad sandwich
Order a chicken club, got home and it had no bacon on it, I called the store and the manager said keep your receipt and she took my name, the next time you come in we will fix this for you. The next time I went there the manager said she couldnt do anything. So wrong. I have went to wendys website 3 times and explained my situation there and they say within 2 business days someone will contact you. Never heard a thing and its been 2 weeks since I started with this. If I pay for a sandwich with bacon, I want it to have bacon on it. Wendys customer service is totally unacceptable. So I guess my friends and myself wont go there again.

dropped my food, and then handed it to me!
I was on a long trip to Montana, and I decided to get some coffee for the trip and stopped at Wendy's in Enumclaw. I ordered a coffee, and the fries sounded good, so I ordered them too. I decided to just stand and wait for my fries, and I saw the fry gal put them in a bag and hand them to the counter girl, who dropped the sack on the floor. Then she just bent over, picked it up, and walked toward me as if to hand me my food. I was appalled! I informed her that you do not serve food to customers after you just dropped it on the floor, and that she should know better than that. The fry gal basically acted like it as an imposition to remake some fries and informed me that it would be a few minutes to wait. BFD, my other option was to accept food they had just dropped on the floor! I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN!

rude manager
I was in your establishment friday 4/22/11 and your manager Lisa doyle was very disrespectful.. between the hours of 11:15am, the store wasn't that busy while placing my order she was very RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL to the employees, I watched her as she walked behind the counter to the cashier asking her to do more then one thing at one time..she was basicly talking at her and not to her..she continued to bother the cashier even as the cashier tried to serve us as customers.. I would have hated to be the one working at the store having to listen to her nag, she act as if she was a queen... on her throne wanting everyone to jump at her command..MR. Bryant if you loose any business it wont be because of lack of service, it will be becuse of your manager..if she treats the employees that way i can just imagine how she's treating paying cutomers

On Friday 4/22/11 I bought some chili and I recieved it cold and it was not even fully cooked. I found out later that the person in charge of taking orders was not taking them correctly . The mananger in charge was named Joe and he did not even care what was happening.

Food was not appropriate
I have now made three different purchases of products in San Jose, Costa Rica and was dissatisfied with all three. First off they advertise one price but won't sell the product at that price. Second they never have chocolate Frosty's never. And then just the other day i bought an economical combo when again there was no chocolate frosty but better yet the pickle and or the slice of cheese was thicker than the meat. The meat was thinner than the pickle and also thinner than the slice of cheese. I conpared them and showed all the other customers.

drinks
its a shame to order your food and sit down to eat and before you finish your meal your out of drink and need a refill and to your surprise theres a lot of people standing in line because they are so slow to get the job done and you really need that drink and lo and behold you have to stand there thirsty and pissed off waiting because this company will not put a self serve drink dispenser in this is why i only eat at wendys once a month if their lucky i eat at restaurants that i know i can get my drink when i need it besides choking to death because one day this will happen and i hope that who ever that person is sues this company

Bad Service, Bad Food, Bad Restaurant
So today i went to the Wendy's Located in Amherst, NY on Maple.After a long day of school, i really had the taste for Wendy's. So when i walk in i'm the third person in line, not unusual, but the time it actually took me to get my food was rediculous. I was standing there for at least 10 minutes waiting. The lady had to yell in the bad multiple times in order for them to make one sandwich, and the restaurant wasnt even busy. So when i get my food, they forgot to give me bbq sauce, which is acceptable, but when i got homw and started eating the food is what really got me aggravated. I ordered 2 5 piece chicken nuggets, and all 10 chicken nuggets that i got tasted like theyve been sitting there for hours, they were also real chewy. So i got to eat the fries and at the beginning they tasted good, but as i got down to the middle of them, i gound a couple pieces of hair, which was discusting. I dont know if that particular restaurant was understaffed, had a loack off communication or had incopitent workers, but i do know that i will never go there again.
