management/unfair treatment
i am a current employee of our local miles city wendys working under EXTREMELY POOR management and conditions run by Dawn S. I would like to camplain about how ALL current and previous employees have been treated unfairly and with little to no respect im fed up with just taking it i would like something to be done as soon as possibe! working under the previous general manager Barb Griffin for a total of a year or more i had been treated EXTREMELY WELL!! in personal experiance with total respect Dawn is a very POOR manager she lets her emotions get the best of her and in the way of how she runs her store if she is having a bad day she makes it known and makes sure everyone in her store suffers, not only does she make our work life a living hell she only favors one other person that would be her daughter kimberly cooper. i know from experiance that those who do not smoke do not get a break no matter what, i feel and know from our past management that employees that work eight hours get a thirty minute break but no with new management those who smoke get a break those who do not smoke take over positions for those who go out. but when nonsmokers ask for even a quick bathroom break they get the normal eye roller like its gonna kill her to take that position. i am so sick of being treated like this... . On sept 30 i asked for a week off after working there for a year i needed it off for family reasons after getting them approved my hours went from 40hrs to a one day single 5 yes 5 hour shift i did not miss type 5 i dont get my hours. during my jr year of hs i was working 40+ hrs a week when summer started i lost half the hours how messed up is that? why did they do this? well let me enlighten you, i had called in sick because i was sick!!! i then lost all of my hours i am paying rent and have a car payment making only 7.50$ an hour how can i keep my car and apartment on a thirty dollar check?!? i want you to fix it its not fair and i know that DAVE THOMAS WOULD FLIP IN HIS GRAVE IF HE KNEW ABOUT ANY OF IT HE BELIVED IN FAIRNESS AND WAS A BUSINESS MAN AND THIS IS NOT HOW YOU RUN ANY KIND OF BUSINESS!!! sinserly a pissed off employer.

profanity was being used by the front sandwich maker.i looked at her name tag and it said "peavy".i didnt address the manager about the situation but i asked her to not speak so nasty and she gave me a disgusted look and rolled her eyes.if u could have her talked too or could she please be relocated because i love this wendys locaton and i would love to keep visiting but with her there i dont think i can do so!thanx

wrong food rube employees
I went to wendys today and bought a # 2 dbl cheeseburger with no ketchup and no tomato extra onion and extra pickle. i paid and left went back to work to eat opened my sandwich and to my surpise their is ketchup tomaato no pickle and no onion. I called and spoke to the manager and she said im sorry i dont know what to tell you..its lunch time...they wer not even busy...I will never go back to wendys again the bad thing is its the only one that we have here in town and i love wendys but when the manager said i dont know what to tell you i got mad...She did not even seem to care that my meal was messed up im allerg. to red # 2, 3, 4, 7 so i cant eat ketchup or tomato or spag. sauce...I told here that and she said its not her problem...I will never go back...Thanks so much ...

rude manager
I visited establishment on Thursday June 11th
at 2:07 P.M. after picking up my son from school. We went through the drive
thru because my son was hungry I had to repeat my order 3 times so the drive
thru attendant could make a complete order. At that time I asked that he
sandwiches Baconator and Double Bacon Ultimate be free of onions as
my son is severely allergic and by eating an onion or having the juice of an
onion he could go into antifalactic shock and possibly die. When my some reached
in the bag to get the sandwiches out neither was labeled and he opened them to
find onions on the sandwiches. I called the store and they said to come back
and they would make it right. Upon returning to the restaurant I had asked to
speak with the manger to let her know of the situation. First she tried to put the
blame on the drive thru and then she started to blame me. As I explained she
sort of stomped off and told the sandwich assemblers to make them how they did
and that she did not appreciate BITCH’s like myself to cause her problems
and that it was now $ 20.00 down the toilet again for me not making the correct
order known. She then precede to tell other crew members back in the back very
loudly that I was every name that you could imagine everything but a white
women. When she returned to the counter after slamming my food to the counter
top I asked her for her name and corporate number so I could call and make a
complaint since everyone in the lobby was able to hear the filth coming from
her mouth. She refused to tell me so I got her name from her name tag and she
ripped a receipt from the ticker machine slammed it to the counter and said to
call if I had a problem. As I was walking out the door she made a few more rude
and not so professional comments to another customer and the cashier at the
counter about my ordering skills. And said there was no way anyone could
die from eating an onion and I was basically full of shit. I would appreciate
if you could inform that young lady that this is not the way to treat your
customers if you expect to have any business.

Raw Meat
My husband and I go food at the drive through at this Wendys and had ordered my 5yr old son a cheese burger! luckily my son asked why the burger he was eating was PINK to notice that the burger was completely RAW! This is utterly disgusting. I wiah there was something I could do!

It's anything BUT premium.
$4.00 for a tiny, tasteless fish sandwich? Yikes!

I had high hopes when ordering Wendy's highly advertised "Premium Fish" sandwich, but I was very disappointed to receive a tiny, nearly tasteless filet on a plain white bun with only a small lettuce leaf and dab of musty-tartar-goop.

Traditional "premium" toppings such as tomato, onion, pickle, and mustard were missing. A whole grain bun would have been nice for the $3.39 price, too. Cheese costs 40 cents extra! Total with tax was over FOUR BUCKS for the bland fishette (no, not a combo, just one disappointing sandwich).

Wendy's should call it the "Little Fish" and place it on their dollar menu - their fish sandwich isn't worth any more than a buck.

If Wendy's "Premium" (not) fish filet sandwich had only cost one dollar, then my only complaint would be that it made my tummy hurt.

treating employees unfairly
i am a current wendys employee and i believe that some of our employees are being treated unfairly...first of all, me. i was tld to slice tomatoes one night at about 830 pm for the next morning and i wasnt even nicely asked she just told me i had to and i was in the middle of doing other things so i told her that i wasnt going to to them because i was in the middle of doing things night shift is supposed to do and i didnt feel it was right for me to have to do morning crews job when i wasnt morning crew so my manager sent me home.2 days later i called out because i am pregnant and was having stomach pains and needed to see a doc so she cut my hours for the next 2 weeks... when i told the manager above her she just agreed and said i should have listened to my manager on shift...then next 2 times i worked w// the manager who sent me home she made comments abut how she would make me slice tomatoes one night... so i asked her for corporates number and she told me she wont give it to me because she will get in trouble which tells me it is against policy to slice tomatoes the night before so why am i being penelized for not doing something that i am not supposed to do in the first place...

thats me but there is also a girl i work with who gets 5 hrs a week but wants more and they tell her there are too many people workin to give her more hrs but they hire new employees! she is now being told she doesnt get her hrs because she doesnt do gher job right (no one ever trained her properly to give her a chance) so then she got more hrs next weekend they gave her 4 to close and 5 to close this weekend she asked a fellow employee if she could take her shift the manager on shift ok'd it but as soon as the manager who writes schedule found out she took one of next weeks days away

please some one tell me what we can do about all this!

miller hill mall area location sucks
they ignored us in dt when we tried to order, the workers kept on chatting away while we tried to get their attention. we ended up just pulling forward, and no one would come to the window to give any explanation or to take our order. they would look right at us and then turn their backs and continue whatever enthralling conversation they were having. there was another car behind us too and they held up them getting their order . after nearly ten minutes of this i got out of the car and knocked on the window the lady who was supposed to be taking our order opened it and tried saying we never even said anything to her, but we tried ordering several times and even honked the horn but she ignored us. she refused to take our order at the window, and told to drive back around to the speaker in a very rude manner. we left without ordering. i am a shift supervisor at a different fast food restaurant, and if an employee pulled a stunt like this in our dt they would be sent home with a write up at the very least.you are never supposed to ignore a customer in the dt especially at the window. i will never eat here again and i will tell everybody i know about how much this place sucks.

Lousy food and service
I eat here frequently as I work a 3rd shift job and it's open and convenient for me. This is from multiple visits not just one as follows: Cold Fries, when told the employee asked me, I quote "Do you want fresh fries?" Cold Fries are found here most regularly, (last night!) heat lamp not working, for like a year or so? Double Stack that looks like leather, yea, they serve them that friggin old. How about the ones here that shut the window so fast you can't request catsup or hot sauce for your chili, which sometimes is 1/2 to 3/4 full. Been ignored on several occasions like they were counting the drawer and couldn't be bothered by a customer. How about a simple "thank you" once in a while or here's a little something extra for putting up with the lousy service and/or low food quality. I eat at Wendys thinking the food is gonna be fresh, hot and good but regulary get fooled. This place is begging for a late night mystery shopper. The manager should be ashamed of his store and employees as well as his lack of supervision!
