I was completely unaware of this deduction from my acoount of £69.00 until i recived my bank statement. I am shocked that this money was taken from my account without consent. I have tryed calling the number on the website which is as follows 08702245017 to which there is no answer. I expect this charge to be reversed and credited to my account by tuesday at the very latest otherwise i will be forced to take further action. hi i had applyed for a payday loan which went worth was the brokers i did not get the loan but wentworth still took 59 pound from my bank account which i did not no they were doing which left me overdrawn in the bank please could these funds be put back into my account asap thankyou

Recently i had applied for a loan application, they asked for my bank details to procede.
I gave them my bank details after recieving an acceptance letter and they charged me £59.
After that i have not recieved a letter, phone calls or message. They have not made an effort to contact me in anyway.
I tried contacting them but they always make me wait on the phone for hours.
The result is that i spent nearly £60 more on calling them. I have recieved a result yet.
I am still waiting for a response.
This looks like after they have recieved my money that they are not interested in me anymore.
