I purchased 3 t-shirts and paid for them on December 17, 2009 (they knew these were for Christmas presents), 2 came in 21 days after I purchased them. The only reason they were finally shipped is I made a dispute on Paypal which held up their money. The 2 shirts that were finally sent were wrong sizes & the wrong color. The owner will not e-mail me, no return phone calls and will not refund my money or send the shirts I ordered. They went around E-Bay; they sent the bill through Paypal so EBay is not involved except for them voliating the EBay policy on selling outside EBAy.<br />
They have sent me a new tracking number through USPS and it states the shirt s owed have pick up transaction numbers, but no shipping information at this time. (That is what they did the first time) Paypal only ask for a shipping transaction number (not weather it ships or not), so he can do this all day long to everyone and never ship an item. On his EBay account he has several other people that have had this same experience of paying and never getting their shirts. All I want is the shirts I paid for or a refund! What's so ironic about this, is the shirts were bought as a favor for someone else they aren't even for me!!!
