Unreliable products (batteries)

First battery I received was faulty; I had to pay shipping to return. Replacement battery took a long time to get (as they were waiting for new shipment from China). Next battery they sent was also faulty and they wanted me to pay for another return shipment. Unresponsive to messages and emails. Also located in Canada even though they list an office in U.S. so you end us paying currency differences.

False Advertising

I purchased a battery which was incorrectly advertised on the website of West Coast Power as being a replacement for battery model EV12. This is not true as the battery I received was a 6-cell battery, not a 12-cell as the EV12 is.

I returned the item, and not only did they decline to pay for shipping, but they had the balls to charge me a 15% "restocking" fee! This despite their claim of "Full Money Back" on their webpage.

After I advised them of the error in advertising, they still were selling it as a replacement 30 days afterwards. After that much time is is not an inadvertent mistake but false, deceptive and misleading advertising
