I have a $10, 000 transfered from my parents and I need to receive it.
I know that some agents can not issue such high amount of money, so I called customer service and they gave me some agent choices. I visited one of them in store, they told me yes, i can get the money from them. Then next day, I brought every document with me to drive to the agent. They took me more than one hour to wait and finally told me that their agent could not give me $10, 000 and I need to go to other west union agent. What were they doing? My time is so valuable and they do not know they can not give me money, but why they told me yes when I called? They are such stupid persons.
I am so angry, but I still tried to the other agent the previous one let me go. I called the agent before I went. And they said yes again. So I went there and then they found they could not...They found computer did not allow them to issue $10, 000. Why they said yes to me when I called!!! They told me I should go to another agent. I was angry but still went there. It was such a smelly place... in a small corner of a mexical supermarket... The woman took my documents and did some printing work. Then again, , , , , she only could give me $500. And she told me to turn right and go two blocks, there is another bank. I asked the exact address, and she told me she could not go online and she can not remember the exact address and the exact name...such a idiot person...I do not know what to say. They are so bad and so stupid agents. They do not know what they can do...
