I rented from Westdale Hills Apt in Euless Tx. for a yr. First let me give you a heads up about the staff and management. They are very rude, disrespectful and bitter( with a case of prejudice). I had complained to them for 4mths. that at certain times I didn't have cold water. when taking a shower at 430 am before work I mainly had to be in and out in 1min.before the water was steaming hot. I could not drink from the faucet because the water was hot, not lukewarm but hot. I washed my colored clothes in hot water. The best answer as to why they had not fixed the problem in 4mths. they didn't know what the problem was and when finding the problem the parts where expensive. I called the city of Hurst the problem was looked into but it continued. I decided to break my lease but they had a problem with me not giving them 30day notice. This according to my lease pg.3 pargh.26&31 are not necessary if I have complained more then 3x about the same problem, I have 5 complaints.Just a heads up if you are looking for an apartment keep driving by Westdale Hills and find another one. Staff member LISA( because when I asked her name she spelled it out, guess she thinks cause I'm black I cant spell simple names) is in need of a attitude adjustment and a personality. If you cant deal with the public and their problems don't take a job that requires customer service. DONT DO IT: heads up!
