Fraud Business
Western Appliance Service and Repair took $4000 and did not deliver what we agreed to then refused to refund our money. On February 4, 2016 Western Appliance Service and repair specifically "Ronald Ehler" entered into an agreement with us to sell an appliance package consisting of a Sub-Zero refrigerator, a Viking dishwasher and a Viking range for the sum of $4000. On February 5th Ronald Ehler personally cashed our check at a MoneyTree. The appliances that were delivered several weeks late were damaged and unusable. The subzero model 530 was over 20 years old, the Viking dishwasher was at least 9 years old and the Viking stove was at least 10 years old and missing the entire top. We requested that they remove the outdated non-working and incomplete appliances so that our renovation could continue and no longer be delayed and that they refund our payment. On February 29th, 2016 they removed the appliances from our home, at which time we agreed to give them 14 days to refund our money. We did not receive the money on or before March 14th 2016 nor did we receive any phone calls or correspondence from Western Appliance Service and Repair or A & R Appliance requesting an extension.

FRAUD BUSINESS: TAKE MONEY BUT NEVER DELIVER APPLIANCES
I have a rental property in Las Vegas but I live in California. I called the owner, Ron Ehler (owner) cell 702 406-3950, main (702) 454-5454 to order 1 refrigerator, 1 washer and 1 dryer. I paid him thru phone using my credit card. I gave him the property address and my property manager phone number. Ron, the owner, in a period of 1 month, he gave us 7 appointments that they never showed up and deliver the appliances. When we called back, he gave all the excuses. But they are un-acceptable because if he can not deliver, at least he should call us so that my property manager don't have to wait for them at the property. On the last attempt, I begged him to deliver the items to me. He promised but no-show as usual. I have to call my credit card company to go thru the sad process: cancel the charge. But it is not it. Because of no appliances for 1 month, I can not rent the property. Hence, I lost one month rent because of this fraud business
