Please find attached herewith the AWBI Secretary letter confirming that Western circus don't have the permission to perform with animals and both Elephants moved from Gurgaon with out TP / Certificate of AWBI before transportation / Violation of section 38-H of the Wildlife Protection Act, 1972 read with the guidelines for Elephants as Elephants travels under very heavy stress, pain and injury around 400 Kms today from Gurgaon to Dehradun with out rest / halt / food and water.
It is submitted that :
* Western circus have Macaws / dogs / horses / Elephants with out registration with the AWBI and some animals doesn't belongs to Western circus and these all animals are performing in Dehradun. Complaint has been lodged with the Gurgaon Police, which is under consideration.
2. Western circus don't have proper record as per the guidelines of the Income tax Department, mismanagement of funds / misreporting the facts before concerned authorities / all assets created by the circus.
3. Criminal conspiracy against animals along with cheating.
4. Violation of the CZA guidelines / 38-H of the Wildlife Protection Act, 1972 read with the guidelines for Elephants issued by the Ministry of Environment and Forest.
5. Violation of the section 3, 11 and 38 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960.
Hence you all are requested to ban this Western circus / de-recognize it after seizing all animals / lodge FIR against its owner for the violation of said sections read with all any other legislation / laws of the land.
