I am currently approaching six months while living in this community. First impressions really matter, but I had no idea the extent. When applying to live here I walked into the office and was immediately taken back by the smell. The woman behind the desk looked like a groupie from the 80's. Professionalism was seriously lacking from the get go. Cats were all over the place, and crawling on the desk when I was trying to sign papers. A man walked in after awhile, and he looked like the caretaker. He had a cutoff tee shirt, stained and dirty, and he looked as though he hadn't bathed in days. These two admitted to being married. They lived in the office with their little girl. I never lived in a manufactured home, and I just got back from Iraq. I needed a place to get started...quick, so I sucked it up. I must say though...the stereotype of trailer parks fits this place to the T!! I ended up with a ran down 3 bedroom for cheap to get my feet planted. During the course of my stay here I have realized I live across the street from drug dealers that they won't evict. There was a shooting out here a few weeks ago infront of their place. The water has constantly been turned off with no notices. The management has shown their true colors. They are inconsiderite asses. I have never dealt with such rude people. They have lied when I called corporate in California to complain. Corporate put me on three way with the office. The other day the male landlord named Shawn came by my house and dug all the trash out of one of cans and put it in the other ( I HAD two cans) and now my one trash can is overflowing. I have 4 bags of trash in my kitchen now because I don't want to get charged 18.00 when the trash man comes by to get the excess trash off the curb. He didn't leave a notice and did all of this when I wasn't home to boot. I called him about it and he told me that he and his wife needed a trash can for themselves because they were sharing with another tenant. Everytime I call they lie about another lie they previously told me. If you lie, get your lies straight!!! I recommend staying far away from this companies properties, especially since corporate sided with them and saw nothing wrong with thier practices. Nothing good to say about this community, not one thing!!! I am looking forward to the end of my lease and getting the hell out of here. Stay far, far, away!!!
