I signed a "not subject to cancellation contract ", for a one week 4 bedroom grand unit to be used in the PH towers Westgate, Las Vegas, Nevada in any week for up to 35 months from the date of signing [4/8/10].
I paid $2, 495. by credit card since debited.
Now, they are blocking me from booking this type of unit for my use. Seems like they are saying they are all booked for the next thirty months and suggest I downgrade to a three bedroom.
They made several attempts within several days of the contract signing for me to cancel my contract. They say the people who signed off on it had undervalued it. They were pressuring me to cancel their no cancel contract and I would not agree.
This new tactic is way below the belt and they would not let me view their current bookings.
I now may have to do a costly civil suit to make them honor their contract. The BBB can take a report but that is about all.
Hope this is informative for anyone thinking about doing business with Westgate resorts.
Sincerely, Scott
