I am the consumer, (username mohinihersom1) physically situated in the UK whereas the business, Westhost, is physically situated in the USA. Therefore, posting on a USA consumer panel seems appropriate. This posting has already occurred in Jan 2011. The company found my posting and replied to it. They have not yet discussed with me (April 2011)even though I submitted a ticket as the manager requested. Further I have been rather busy with other similar problems (diverse malicious sabotage and no avenue to express complaint as the various complaints places are ALL TREATING ME AS IF I AM DEAD MOST BEING IN THE UK) and so I have queued my problems and at best will be slow moving. It would be a miracle if I succeeded in "even keeping my head above water". I am unable to add any further comments to my original posting (username mohinihersom) as I cant log in due to system error.

No Response, Disrespect, Continuous Data Theft Problem
sending this complaint to Westhost, so far, 3 times, from 26/11/2010, 11/1/2011, and 21/01/2011. I have started with the live chat option to technical support and followed it up with a support ticket. I have not recieved any response and regrettably I have to take this complaint out HOPEFULLY FOR PUBLIC SCRUTINY because is serious, and I cant sit on it...

Mohini, On behalf of Westhost, I am sorry that you feel you have been disrespected by the service that you received by us. Reviewing the chat history that you had with me ( Gordon ) I responded asking if you had submit us a ticket and requested us to help you remove the malicious content that is being stored on your account, we have yet to see a ticket submitted, if you do have a ticket number that we can refer to regarding this issue please get in contact with us regarding that ticket number so that we can move forward and get your account secure once again...

What I want to add is that the company had taken a very long time, and are not needing to RESPOND EXCEPT TO SAY I AM SORRY YOU FEEL ... DISRESPECT. This seems to imply the company IS IN THE RIGHT WITH REGARD TO DISRESPECT, AND THEY DO HAVE RESPECT, AND I AM INSANE TO BELIEVE OTHERWISE. I disagree and think one cannot get respect anywhere unless they are forced to give you some, and consumer rights dont exist in that way just because we all pay the same good money. Of course as a woman I dont command respect--I have seen that locally--they tell you that you must be insane to feel women are are respected here. That comment should be sufficient to prove disrespect however I think I am disrespected because I am venturing on my own a trait that is no longer respected in women. Being equal to men gets disrespected by men and I get stalked by women all the time but unfortunately I am permanently unavailable to these stalkers no matter how great will be my punishment for refusing.

All I wanted to say is that for one thing I still want to sabotage discussed. I am not operating the website -keep it without any thing but a note on home page)anymore as I sighted a planted virus called UNWISE.EXE in my software folder etc) but they did not get back to me. The other thing I wanted to mention is the persistent data loss was first brought to the attention of Westhost in November 2010. And finally I have a lot of files and a lot of written stuff on my website I am the author of. What keeps disappearing are writings connected with the Institute of Physics. I have been told by Westhost 2-3 Y ago the Institute of Physics. contacted them about me. I guess that might still be happening. Not only do things about the Institute of Physics. I keep getting hacked repeatedly to remove / deface things about the Institute of Physics. such as one titled "Sex Training is for scientists, potty training is for their children" The page gets replaced by a black page no matter how many times. One sound file I taped of a USA retired Physics professor saying they herd women into a "box" with women and blacks with blacks and if you try to cross over and talk to the wrong category you wont get anywhere with your Physics career. Someone expert "doctored" and made the file be exactly the same (somethinf called checksum the same) but his voice replaced by a hum. I am also hacked if I do any technical reading. They want to remove me due to RACE EUGENICS that is they HAVE TO CLEANSE THE ENVIRONMENT in certain special ways to make a large number of women do Physics. THIS MEANS THEY HAVE TO MAKE EXTRA ARRANGEMENTS FOR RIGHT BRAINED TO DO PHYSICS. SO LEFT BRAINED HAVE TO REMOVED FOR A CLEAN ENVIRONMENT FOR RIGHT BRAINED TO BE IN PHYSICS. You can ask how right brained can do Physics and how people who passed those exams can be stupid. Yes neither is possible but then left brained does not imply more intelligent besides we are talking of grey areas. I suspect its race eugenics which is the reason. Anyhow the Institute of Physics. has a thing about forcing me to speak only women even though they are not in a position tp help me with a career not to converse with me but they make the Institute of Physics. like a maximum security womens jail. I guess I am trying to say I have been sexually mistreated by them in a race eugenics scheme and dont have the right to publish my findings . Plus I dont see a system as humane if one cant express one s problems to anyone but a secretary. The the Institute of Physics.man are mocking and keeping me isolated for my inablity to be emotionally close to office secretary .Communication is very restricted so I cant progress
