I ordered a Wii fit board and was shipped and charged for 2 of them. I ordered 1. The first one was correct with free shipping then the second one was full price and charged for shipping. I contacted them Aaron when I recieved them. He said to refuse the second one and I would get a full credit that day. Feb 12 I recieved them bothe and sent the one back on Feb 16 and they signed for it on Feb 17. I was assuming I would have my credit by the end of the week. No that did not happen. I called them again and asked them about the credit they gave me the run around and said he had to check on it and get back to me. Well of course that didn't happen either. I called again and Aaron said he recieved it but they had inventory and could not issue the credit until that was over. He would do my cit the next day. Of course that didn't happen again. I called every week with no luck in getting my credit it was one lie after another as to why I have not recieved a credit for $175.27. I spoke to Aaron on March 19 and he said they never recieved the return and could not issue a credit until they recieved the merchandise. I have a signed slip from UPS showing they recieved it. I told him that then he said he would do my credit that day. I asked him to send me a email or fax me the credit slip and he said he would. Of course that never happened either. I called him back again on March 20 and he said he would do the credit but could not send me any confirmation and they could not find my credit card information to do the credit. But they finally found it and did the credit (he said) . None of this happened because if he truley needed my card bumber to do the credit why wouldn't he call me? No call. As of March 23, 2009 no credit no confirmation. I have checked the BBB and they have a F rating and lots of issues with refunding money. They do not answer the BBB or do what they are suppose to when it comes to doing business. I have contacted the BBB, Attorney General, Consumer Affairs, my lawyer, muy credit card co and am posting the issues on all websites I can find to warn people not to do business with WESTVIEW GAMES.COM. They are not honest and cheat people out of thier money. Let me know if anyone else has had problems with them
