Employee took measurements from crotch to length on childrens uniform pants(that were extremely difficult to locate). I receive a call from the plant phone number 407-363-0463 to confirm length. The agreed length (from crotch to length) was 27 1/2. I previously measured it from waiste to length and was told by the attendee that that's was incorrect and she showed me that it's from crotch to length and that measurement is what we agreed. When I recieved called the call from the plant to confirm I told her from crotch to length not waist to length and she said okay okay it's going to be from crotch to leg and forget it what was to written (from outside) I was also told that I did not have to bring the child for measurment. I picked up the trimmed pants -after I paid $15 for the job I went home and realized that they botched the pants. I went back to complain and to get my money back and the lady would not give me the money for the damaged pants. The pants still have the tags from the department store, bar code and price. They were brand new and unworn uniform pants. We went to get a few inches taken off and ended up with shorts. The lady at the location was arguing with the othr lady at the plant via phone and the conclusion was that they can't do anything for me. I aske my mymoney back and was told nothing. The lady that we were dealing with remeasured the pants with me at the moment and was suprisex to find the measurement at 17" the lady at the plant was yelling over the phone at me and her fellow coworker.
