I purchased a Chicago Cubs Stainless Steel Travel Mug from Whatever Sports, an Alabama company I found on the internet. My purchase was made over the internet and paid for on December 5, 2005. I was told the item shipped on the 10th only to find out it was not really shipped until after the 20th.

Item arrived at destination on December 27, and was not the item I ordered. I have been trying since December 27 to get the item I ordered. Keep getting the run-around from Whatever Sports. Item was delivered to Florida as a Christmas Present and I was in Florida at the time. I live in Indiana and brought the item home to resolve issue, return wrong item and get what I ordered. The company that distributed the item and shipped the item, Siskiyou Gifts, in Meford Oregon, refused to send me a return label since my address is in Indiana and they shipped it to Florida.

I was asked by Whatever Sports to return the item to Florida and that the correct item would be shipped with a return label in the box. I did what they asked. This was in the beginning of February. I am still waiting. My in-laws spend the winter in Florida and are preparing to come home to Indiana. I am extremely frustrated. I have left many messages with Whatever Sports and they do not return messages or emails.

They got my $35.00 for a mug that was supposed to be a Christmas present for my husband's 95 year old Grandmother.
