This Web hosting company is a fraud.
They evaluated our specs, put together a web hosting package and we paid $250 for an annual contract in advance. They claimed to be very experienced in our area (SMF Message boards).
From the beginning and for the 4 weeks we were with them the service was failed - it made our Website slow, there were daily "white outs" - some 5 minutes, some and hour.
In good faith, we communicated the time of outage and the specs daily, and very politely, in an effort to get the matter resolved for 3 weeks.
Even though we paid a year in advance, about a week in, our site was shut down and a "deliquent account" screen was all that was visible to anyone visiting our site- we had no warning. The company later apologized and admitted their mistake.
Several days later, and even though we had unlimited bandwidth, we were shut down for exceeding our bandwidth use - and a screen went up about exceeding bandwidth. No warning here. The company later apologized and admitted their mistake.
A few days later we were locked out of our account one day for 5 hours - and pleas to find out why were ignored all day - the company did not warn us either. Later they admitted this also was a mistake.
The company finally admitted that they did not know when the could resolve these problems and offered us a refund - told us exactly how much would be refunded and the date it would be refunded.
We waited 3 weeks as requested, and then started to inquire about the refund. 20 communications to the company have been unanswered.
