I was told a price, charged more on my visa, shipped the wrong items and refused return authorization!

I authorized $794.00 for 4 general grabber hts 265/70/17 tires and received 4 general ameritrac 255/70/17 tires (hts=$794.00, but ameritrac=$482.60).

I also purchased 5 nitto terra grappler 325/50/22 tires @ $2, 100.00 and was shipped 5 hankook rh06 265/40/22 worth only $802.81.

I am pissed!

They did not even ship the lugs and locks as promised and paid extra for...they actually charged me double what I had authorized for the accessories and they did not ship them!

I am really pissed!!
