Wheelfire is owned by scam artists. Jeffrey Benet, the owner comes from a family of credit card scammers. His parents, Bernie and Gayle run a number of shell companies that use stolen credit card info to defraud people.

I can't believe this is an internet company, run by credit card scammers! Anyone who does business with these scammers should change their credit card info asap, and watch for small but consistent charges on their credit card statements

I purchased 4 wheels, mounted, balanced and guaranteed to fit my 2003 Chevrolet Malibu from wheelfire.com, I got extreme vibration at speeds over 50mph. Trying to resolve this issue I went to the Chevrolet dealer and got an alignment and 27 point vehicle inspection. I was told the wheels are either out of balance or i need to install hub rings. hub rings were pictured with the wheel installation kit but were not included in my boxes. I then took my vehicle to a local tire shop, where I was told they were not balanced correctly from the wheelfire, I contacted wheelfire and they sent me hub rings, I installed but still had bad vibration, then i was instructed by wheelfire to go another local tire place and have the wheels road force balanced, but they were only able to road force balance 2 wheels, the other 2 i was told were either bad wheels, bad tires or both! I contacted wheelfire again and was quickly sent 2 replacements, however I received one scratched wheel (the box and plastic wrapping were undamaged), and the other had the tire mounted facing the wrong direction directional tires). Also, both tires have different tread! I am now having to go back and pay the tire place again to have the tire flipped around and re-balanced!

About 2 weeks ago I ordered Tenzo wheels with some Nitto tires from www. wheelfire.com . They took my payment only to call me back 2 weeks later letting me know that they cannot get me those wheels. Now I am looking at another week before I see my refund. Why take my money in the first place! Shady business if you ask me. I recommend you stay away from wheelfire.com and search locally for aftermarket performance rims.
