Terrible Customer Service
Original order on Sept 4, 2010. Nov 8, we had to purchase additional tires, and still no refund. Have spent hours on the phone with several people. Carlos, John, and Jeremy are some of the most un-professional people I have ever had to deal with...buyer beware. Do not buy from Wheels next!

Poor customer service
Ordered tires on 11/12/10. Received an automatic email giving my order information. On their website it states that tires that are in stock will ship within 24 hours and backordered tires ship within 4-5 days. 6 Days later I called them as I had not received a tracking number for my tires and a winter storm was expected for the weekend. After being put on hold for 5 minutes, finally getting a representative who spoke with me for 30 seconds and put me back on hold for 10 minutes, he told me these tires were sold out, and they didn't know when more would come in. I asked why I hadn't been notified that these tires were sold out when I made the order, or even within a few days and he told me the person handling my order was" probably going to call today but had the day off." I explained the weather situation and asked what I could do, if they had anything available for me. He had no interest in trying to offer me an alternative product or remedying the situation just sounded irritated that I was upset no one had bothered to let me know my tires would not be arriving. I canceled my order and called the local discount tire, who promptly put in a special direct order to the manufacturer and will be mounting, balancing, and aligning my tires for 30 dollars more than what the tires alone cost from wheelsnext.com in the first place. Shop local.

Poor customer service
Placed my order on November 12 2010 and after one week I had not received a shipping conformation just my original email receipt. I called the company and emailed them twice, once to their customer service email and the next to their sales email. They never replied. Well after I called them the second time I left a voicemail which they did not answer. Then I called again and the guy said he did not have an order from me eventhough the first time I called they did have an order from me. Worst experience ever do not recomend this place.

wosrt online shopping experience ever
This is the test of an email I sent to their Management - and haven't received any response and still no tires. If I could cancel the order and get a full rfund I would!
28 Oct - Began order process on
1 Nov - Received email from Danny to call him.
1 Nov - Called Danny to acknowledge $300.00 USPS shipping charge.
3 Nov - Received completed Sales Order
5 Nov - Charged to Credit Card
10 Nov (approx.) - called to check on status of shipment of tires. Danny informed me due to SEMA the rim manufacturer would not be able to ship them until 15 Nov and they should be received 16 Nov.
17 Nov - Called regarding shipment of order. Danny said he had been attempting to contact me regarding the credit card stating the addresses were mismatched. NOTE my 5 Nov entry. I gave him the 1-800 number for the company, he put me on hold and verified, then said all was good to go.
23 Nov - call again regarding shipping. Danny said the tires were shipped the previous Thursday.
7 Dec - Received Invoice
8 Dec - spoke to Max who says tires shipped but they must have been returned from the post office for an unknown reason and the 7 Dec date is the confirmation from the USPS that the tires shipped. Max was very helpful and understanding - the most of all the salesmen I have spoken to during this process.

Worst online purchase ever
Worst buying experience ever.three of the four rims sent were damaged.when i called costumer service i got the run around.and was hung up on several times.very unprofessional this company is just a bunch of backyard mechanics.its your money find out for yourself.youll be sorry.

Biggest liars ever
I orderd a set of rims and the kid who was doing sales ralph was very convincing and said he had the wheels in stock they would be able to ship them out asap but in fact it took 3 and a half weeks just for fedex to get them and than another week for me to recieve them i was told time ans time again they were comming but they kept delaying them i am chocked and i will never order from them again !

Just like everybody else i never got the 24 hour call to confirm my order so i called them. Customer service told me the rim size i wanted was out of stock so they hooked me up with some 17" inch rims for the same price as the 16" and they would be here in 7 to 10 days. Well i got my center rings in 5 days but no rims so i called them back to get a tracking number (that's one thing you should get right away when spending a lot of money) they gave me the tracking number for the center rings so i called FedEx to find out where my wheels were FedEx told me that they didn't have anything else coming to my address so again i called wheelsnext back so far customer service has been very helpful and they helped track down my wheels and gave me a new tracking number i dont mind waiting for my wheels as long as its the right ones and i have a tracking number but all and all i would'nt recommend Wheelsnext to anybody shopping for wheels online.
