My ovens are about 5 years old, maybe less and right before Thanksgiving the display lights went out. I was able to roast the turkey by purchasing an oven thermometer and shortly after that the ovens would not work. Now it's a week before Christmas and I can't do my holiday baking for my small cookie business and for my preschoolers. They tell me the part, control panel, will not be available until February. I am without an oven for 2 months! Why do they make products and not have parts readily available. I will never purchase another Whirlpool product and advise anyone to think twice about this company.
