With the new refrigerator's filter asking to be changed, I had bought from Conn's a new backup filter for that occasion. It was not the correct filter. After repeated calls, visits to the store, to their main office in Beaumont I finally found someone, many months later, after giving up on replacing the filter, that refunded my money. That person was the first person I have ever heard of getting a refund from this Company. I am elderly and never a refund. The Better Business Bureau is not reporting correctly their complaints. Conn's true handling of compliants is absolutely inaccurate. It is only an accident that something is ever handled to the customer's satisfaction, or the customer gives up. In my case, the employee that really helped me after the abuse I took over their mistake, is no longer in that position. It only took me 6 months to get a filter. I finally got it from Whirlpool. The refrigerator was sold to me as an older model, which I was not aware of. That store is back to its usual "the customer is always wrong" policy.
