I purchased a washing machine on 30/08/06 and its written in the catalogue that there's no guarantee on plastic parts but when the defect arises just in 6months of usage then who is responsible for that!!! Inspite of complaining to the firm several times they never gave us any satisfactory answer rather they say that it's the company's policy for plastic parts.. and when we asked them to give us a visit of their engineer they just send to us the technician/mechanic to do a temporary repair... when I asked them for a permanent setup, they told us that we have to pay the expenses for that, it's company's policy!!
In the name of policy they use cheap plastic parts and when some misap happens within few months of purchase to it then they ask for money.
Whenever I called no one direct from the company replies rather the call center people tackle with the complaints and all..
Is this the policy to cheat their customer and make money with unfair means!!!
